The purpose of my post is to remind my sisters and my brothers, that we are all in this together.

At the end of the day, we all fight for this earth.

I assume we all want what we believe is good and true.

We wake up, need food, water, love and care for our families.

Please, friends. Remember, that divided we fall.

Together, we conquer.

No matter what side you are on, remember that the elite think you are trash.

This fight is not between right and wrong.

But rather, between the rich/elite, and the rest of us.

Stay strong, and stand up for what you believe in. Because no one else will.

I love you all and wish the best for you and your families.

Agreed, we all want mostly the same thing i think here.

A free just world where the common person is free to live their life. We don't all always agree, but everyone here is a hell of a lot better than a lot of people I meet and talk to.

do you reside in the west coast perchance? I'm in the south and I tell you what, we smell fishy bullsnip for miles around.

West coasters seem to eat bullsnip for breakfast for some reason

ETA: thanks for responding, and keep true to yourself, friend.

Double ETA: I don't mean to generalize west and east coasters, I am just speaking from experience.

100% can confirm ^^^ Lived in Alabama for many years and moved to Portland where I am now...

Threads topic is ALSO 100% dead on and much needed especially during our present situation...

For far too long, Americans have been told they exist only as members of warring camps—as Republican or Democrat, red state or blue, conservative or liberal, right or left, religious or secular, urban or rural, majority, minority and even minority/majority. It’s no coincidence that we are described by these labels—as if these labels defined us—by elites who alone stand to benefit from the very divisions they promote.

If they can convince the rest of us that we are at each other’s throats, on the verge of civil strife, these elites can make us believe our own neighbors are our enemies and that we have nothing in common but our hatred of each other.

By herding us into these warring camps, by pitting us against one another, these elites can also distract us from the real forces tearing this society apart—the unaccountable, irresponsible political establishment that now presumes to govern in our name, with no concern for anything but its own interests. By sowing these seeds of distrust, they divide and conquer, and for too long, they have succeeded.

Break the Left vs. Right Paradigm

Dr. Sutton believes the "left" versus "right" split is fraudulent and used to control the debate and condition citizens to think along certain lines. Left-wing magazines like the "The Nation" and "The New Republic" and right-wing magazines like "The National Review were "artificially set up." The former were financed by Whitney money while the latter by Buckley. Both are "The Order."

Dr. Sutton states: "Sooner or later people will wake up. First we have to dump the trap of right and left. This is a Hegelian trap to divide and control. The battle is not between right and left; it is between us and them." Similarly, in the international field left and right political structures are artificially constructed and collapsed in the drive for one-world synthesis, i.e. authoritarian socialism controlled by monopoly capital. College textbooks present war and revolution as accidental results of conflicting forces. This is nonsense, says Dr. Sutton. They are created and financed by Wall Street to create a new world order. But you won't read this in history books.

THE BATTLE IS NOT BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT

Would-be global rulers cannot physically control six and a half billion humans. Therefore, they must use secrecy and deceit. Keep the human herd ignorant and fighting with each other. Divide and conquer – it’s the oldest tactic in the book. And it’s relatively easy if you control the major academic institutions, the political parties and the major mass media (a mere five multinational corporations with interlocking directorships today control everything we see and hear. This makes me very happy my friend, enjoy your coffee bullsnip free, and I apologise for assuming you were American. All too easy these days to lump people into categories, even if that's what I supposedly despise lol. I believe in you and your point of view. a reply to: dug88

No coffee now, just beer, it's not breakfast. Meh, save the taxonomy for animals. Humans are harder to categorize.

I've never liked boxes, I find them confining. I'm a bit claustrophobic.

Which is what you did with dug88...

Keep doing what you're doing, and you'll keep getting what you're getting.
A little line everyone should live by

It's all good, of all the things I've been called or labeled as before, that one's pretty benign as far as things go, though I dislike the implication i'm some kinda hippy or some #...# hippies.

While I agree I have rl friends who at the moment don't comment and feel it be generally rude or preemptive to celebrate this. On forums everywhere the liberals seem to think questioning the process is denying the process and are being rude and rash as if questioning it as attempting to steal an election and treat you as if you're in denial. Most don't seem to understand the process isn't over and the media doesn't call who a winner is and that the current numbers arent all ready permanent. I question whether things will be as civil if the tide changes. It is time to begin realizing these folks are so far removed from reality for the last 4 years that the word trigger will be a frightening thing if things begin to pan out that it was portrayed. I am not quite sure those of you conservatives living in the city will be safe because even when things were not revolving around the election they are willing to burn, loot, and assault innocent people with their inability to cope.

Either way this thing goes I am fine and hope that the media and our leaders need to be cautious in the way they handle this process.

Nope, the fight is between city people and country people.
City people are dumb and eat up far more resources than country people. Thats not a generalization either, its all true.
