Seeking to inject some star power into his foundering legal effort to invalidate Pennsylvania’s election results, President Donald Trump handed the case to Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday. But rather than salvage it, the former New York mayor found himself grilled for hours by a skeptical federal judge over his unsupported claims of a conspiracy to steal the election.

During a five-hour hearing in Williamsport, U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann appeared mystified as Giuliani asserted without evidence that a “Mafia-like” cabal of Democratic leaders in cities nationwide used mail ballots to rig the election in Joe Biden’s favor.

The judge seemed equally perplexed by the Trump campaign’s proposed remedy: that he should bar Pennsylvania from certifying its final vote tally.

“At bottom, you’re asking this court to invalidate some 6.8 million votes thereby disenfranchising every single voter in the commonwealth,” Brann said. “Can you tell me how this result could possibly be justified?”

Trump's last gasp will fail...

All his lawyers have quit this dumb effort and all he has is hack lawyers like Giuliani ( who btw is an agent for the deep state..remember 911)

BIDEN WON

BIDEN WON BY 5 MILLION VOTES

306 TO 332 ECVs

Let's move on!!!
Here's a voice of reason:

Howard Stern says Trump's rumored TV network will 'fail within a year like all the other businesses' and urges the president to tell his 'loony hillbilly friends' he's lost

Howard Stern has scoffed at the idea of Donald Trump launching a news network to rival Fox News after he leaves office in January
The radio host insisted any such venture is doomed to fail within a year
Stern, who was once friends with Trump, also urged to the president to stop working his 'loony hillbilly' supporters into a frenzy and concede the election
Stern made the comments while discussing Trump’s recent attacks on Fox News
He said he'd seen speculation the president was interested in starting a news channel where he would have complete control of its editorial output
Trump has not yet addressed the speculation, but an investment firm connected to the RNC, was said to be weighing up a move of acquiring Newsmax
However, CEO Christopher Ruddy said he’s not looking to ‘actively’ sell and said the conservative TV channel would ‘never become Trump TV’
Trump has a long history of mishaps in the business world, including six bankruptcies stemming from overleveraged casino and hotel ventures

Just curious did you feel the Democrats just moved on when Trump won? Was the hoax bin bulging at the seams with russia or the Steele dossier after Trump won? How did you feel about it then?

Please; there where efforts to overturne the 2016 election by democrats lobbying electoral college electors into voting for the wrong person, which went into December that year. The Supreme Court had to rule that such actions by electors was unconditional.

The partisan antics isn't anyone more dangerous now than it was than. The county survived then, it will survive now.

Not to mention three further spectacularly failed attempts by the Democrats to remove the US president that followed the 2016 elections.

The hyperbole is getting a little silly now.

Good question.

Whatever the democrats did was still in their rights, and there was evidence of Russian collusion.
Also, Trump had a congress and senate.

AND Trump has the right to do what he's doing even though

TRUMP HAS NO EVIDENCE OF MASSIVE FRAUD!!!!

And BTW, what did the GOP do to Bill Clinton and Obama?

Was that right?

Denying Obama a SCOTUS vote

Trump has had his say in court, and it has failed and will continue to fail

Hillary didn't do this.

Trump is on record to have ALWAYS when he loses to cry fraud

He is the one who had a FRAUDULENT university

Hey what's your problem, Trump has his day in court

How's that working out?

Nobody even heard of what you're talking about. There was no massive mind control as Trump is doing to you folks.

Did Hillary demand recounts in the states she lost?
She called Trump and conceded

Jill Stein did

I have no problems; I said the partisan politics that are happening now is no different than when the Democrats lobbied for electors to vote for the wrong person in 2016. Than said the country survived those partisan antics so it will survive now.

Your the one who seems to have a problem; believing the sky is falling even though today is no different then yesterday.

Listen I get it; your upset the Republicans are ruining your victory. And that you want to rub that half win in their faces. But to pretend that we are in some kinda danger because politicians are playing politics is just a bit sad.

i actually prefer that trump has his day in court and not use the media to shove Russia down our throats for 2 years leading with it everyday and it led to what? Lots of taxpayer money being spent on investigations and at the end of it all, nothing. We won't have to hear about Russia this time around for 2 years, as Russians only interfere in elections republicans win. isn't that weird? But those who cheered that on and held on to the hope that it would lead to something now telling us to move on, it's over and suck it up like Hillary did, is at it's best laughable.

Come on guys 'n gals.

I think it looks like Trump isn't winning, but the recounts, and real EC vote, haven't happened yet. That means that both sides aren't really 'locked in' just quite yet.

Let's all watch while this thing pans out? It'll get boring enough soon.
