I'm just taking issue with this picture they're using. It's not from a "microwave" attack in August.

There is No microwave" attack in August. or any other month we just cant produce the lvs of power needed for it to go more then a few yards and still have enough left to harm someone .

Your guys are NOt talking about hooking up a generator then bang .
You are talking about something that would take massive amounts of wattage voltage and amps MASSIVE Billions even .
air is a Crape conductor of power beams as the molecules tend to scatters the beam and absorbed the energy as well .

Add in the fact EVEN microwaves' spread out over space and it just wont work for long distances

ever hear about how people get fired with electric in the TUB .
well That wont work in even a small pond from 15 feet away water cant conduct electric at all the impurity's in it do and NOT very far .

120 volts 15 amps In water 3 feet deep 15 feet away you wont feel a tingle even .
air is the same but being NOT as dense the power can go just slightly farther .

Impurities in water are what make it conductive Midnightstar. Take a cup of distilled water and it takes ages longer to warm up compared to tap. The reason is there are minerals in the tap that are conductive whereas distilled or truly filtered water does not contain as many foreign minerals.

In addition, The weapon discussed does not use electricity to burn folks it uses radiation generated from transmitting a rf signal. While to generate a signal with that intensity requires quite a bit of power but to jump a foot or so in the right conditions it can be achieved with a simple home appliance called the microwave. So while your assumption about being electrocuted in a pond is accurate when using electricity it is not at all accurate with radiation transmitted as a signal.

If a pond were stuck in a microwave and rf was generated it would not be electrocuted it would be heated. The technology is used in kilns to dry wood, cooking tv dinners in manufacturing to be sent to grocery stores, sealing those annoying plastic packaging you cant get open, making trash bags, making plastic stitching for the interior of your car are using this technology. I once worked on a machine that used rf to produce fiberboard and rf is used to produce up to 40 sheets of plywood laid flat as a spray. so that system using 6000 volts and generating a million watts dries these boards in a minute that is 40*8*4 ft of range. That equals 960 feet not directed at a wide range. To be generated directly imagine the range when focused at only a foot or two of width.

That machine was built in the 1970's that's up to 50 years ago and as time goes by I am sure the technology has evolved to be much more efficient.

The CCP( Chinese communist party government) is a world menace. They are the new Naziss IMO.

And they're getting away with being uninvestigated in the COVID 19 mess.

I'm not surprised to hear this.

India BTW is not so hot itself.

We already have pulse/ microwave weapons in use for fiot control, have for quite a while.

your wrong.

here you go,

One year ago, over Fourth of July weekend, Alexandra Anderson, 13, and her brother Brayden Anderson, 8, were swimming near a private dock in the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri when they started to scream. Their parents went to their aid, but by the time the siblings were pulled from the lake, they were unresponsive. Both children were pronounced dead after being transported to a nearby hospital. About two hours later, Noah Winstead, a 10-year-old boy, died in a similar manner at Cherokee Lake, near Knoxville, Tennessee, and Noah's friend, 11-year-old Nate Parker Lynam, was pulled from the water and resuscitated but died early the following evening. According to local press reports, seven other swimmers were injured near where Noah died. These were not drowning victims. In all of these cases, 120-volt AC (alternating current) leakage from nearby boats or docks electrocuted or incapacitated swimmers in fresh water.
ESD Explained

ELECTRIC SHOCK DROWNING PREVENTION ASSOCIATION

from the National Fire Protection Association

here the from the Boat Owners Association of The United States (BoatUS) even tells you that fresh water is more dangerous than salt water.

so if i was you i'd be very careful in the tube.

Germany and Japan could produce working microwave weapons in WW2, albeit impractical. I’m pretty sure the allies could as well if they set their mind to it.

The technology is not science fiction. In WW2 the V2 missile had a range of 200 miles. Today we have ICBMs.

Who is to say that the People’s Liberation Army have not refined such technology to be more practical and usable?

your wrong again it's been in the U.S. arsenal for a while, it called the Active Denial System.

this from 2012,

THE US MILITARY has demonstrated a heat beam weapon it describes as a non-lethal ‘active denial system’.

The system sends a sudden wave of heat as an electromagnetic beam and it can be used to target individuals as well as wider groups of people.

The beam involved uses the same millimetre-wave technology used in airport body scanners, according to the Pentagon, and it works by heating water molecules in the tissue to induce an irresistible urge to turn away.

ETA:

and a wiki, cause it's fast.

Active Denial System is a millimeter wave source that heats the water in a human target's skin and thus causes incapacitating pain. It was developed by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory and Raytheon for riot-control duty. Though intended to cause severe pain while leaving no lasting damage, concern has been voiced as to whether the system could cause irreversible damage to the eyes. There has yet to be testing for long-term side effects of exposure to the microwave beam. It can also destroy unshielded electronics.[31] The device comes in various sizes, including attached to a Humvee.

The navy shot down a drone with a laser, so, there’s that.

May not be impossible to "focus" it for a longer range.
And, if the picture of the "...so-called Poly WB-1..." in the article is real, it looks like they are doing just that.
