Even with Hillary conceding, technically, Trump wasn't president-elect until the EC voted.

I think it is one of those things that become common, even if not technically correct, and the technicality is being used by some, for whatever reason.

Would you concede to the man who authorized the spying on your campaign? I think you do not understand what a true adult is. Like the late great Kenny Rogers once penned " sometimes you have to fight to be a man. "=. a reply to: Cobaltic1978

There's plenty of evidence. Even a 12 year old can figure out that much in 30 minutes of internet sleuthing.

Only a 12 year old would class it as evidence, speculation and heresay are more accurate descriptions.

The question is whether it will stand up in court, or make a difference in election results. That's what Rudy has to prove. He's got his work cut our for him.

The question has been answered, no it doesn't stand up in court and since it isn't standing up in court, it won't make a lick of difference.

Even the affidavits were, rightfully, laughed out if court!

I never thought he would concede at this stage, but with more law suits being withdrawn in at least 4 swing states today according to a number of reports, it isn’t looking great.

Trump’s a showman, and he doesn’t want to lose the lead role.

His Twitter account will be deleted on January 21st next year, and he will probably develop a similar platform to continue his outrage on realising that he is not everybody’s cup of tea.

I've said this before, if he concedes his steady flow of donations stops. He is milking the donations for everything he can get.

No surprise that this board is one of the few places left that believes Trump will win.

Still waiting on the BIG evidence of voter fraud, now that would be really interesting.

Biden will only become President-elect once the final EC votes are cast, because Trump will never concede, it’s too much of a grown up move for him.

You should read the post.

In addition to it being that being the intent of the writers of that particular law, there is precedent from the Clinton administration.

Joe Biden said in this afternoons press briefing that he is telling world leaders he has not won the election yet.

What a humble gesture. Notice the key word yet. He knows he's got this in the bag, so does Trump, he's just acting as we all knew he would.

Ah yes, the semantic argument people are telling themselves to help sooth the loss. The bad news is Not My President Elect Biden will still end up being in charge come the 20th of January.
It’s revealing when you decided this was a point worth making. Not when they called him president elect, but when they took it away.

Deny ignorance!

Huh? You kind of stop being the President Elect when you get sworn in. Not sure what point you are trying to make.

The fact that he's sending out fundraising e-mails for legal action over the election screams GRIFTER! to anyone with an ounce of financial or political nous.

Oh I realized it, and thought I was going to be disappointed that no one picked up on it, but you saved the day.
