He is doing what must be done - exhausting his remedies in the lower courts, so that he can bring it to the Supreme Court.

I don't get the paradigm of denying reality that's going on, it seems to go against the motto of this site by a great deal.

Yeah, except I'm not - mainly because the case hasn't been filed (or reached that level) yet.

When the real evidence is presented, I'm sure the judge will quickly go in-camera, and will likely seal the case from that point forward. I would very much prefer that this not happen, I want everyone to see all of the evidence - this needs daylight - but it likely will at least for a while, due to the nature of the material they will be dealing with.

Except he isn't quitting, he is simply stating a fact - Biden appears to have won, and has been declared the winner by a bunch of morons anxious to deflect from the fact that he is not the President-elect until either Trump concedes, or the Electoral College elects him.

Sure. Civil suits are matters of public record, national security is not a factor. You're pretty much spinning your wheels by adding this fairy tale aspect to the narrative.
