ummm why would they need a base in Lebanon when they're "reportedly" building bases in Iraq? From Iraq they can practically controll the whole mideast, so this theory doesn't sound too logical to me.

I've heard some of the talking heads on Fox News discussing the possibility of sending peacekeeping forces into Lebanon to fill the gap when the Syrians pull out.
