The important thing is the PA judge did the Trump team a favor by rejecting the case immediately after opening arguments.

The Court of Appeals has already accepted it for "Expedited Review".

The Supreme Court aligned itself last Friday to receive the case, if (hopefully) the Appeals Court rejects it also.

It is at the Supreme Court where the classified evidence alluded to last week by Rudy G., during the team's press briefing, will be presented.

So they’re withholding evidence now and will only give it up when it makes it’s way into the SC?

I’m not a lawyer, so please, anyone with some law smarts, help me fill in the blanks here-

Yep, like that source way better lol. Also, I think that conservativebeaver site was the one that claimed hunter was arrested in kentuky or some # like that a while back lol.

When I made the Soros post, I said I didn't know if it was a reliable site as it was sent to me, so I reached out to people here who have better sources.
