Lights in the sky?

Ok here's a weird one. I never asked anyone but alot of the times I look up at the sky and see tons of tiny lights. White lights. The lights are so small you almost can't see them. Does that mean any thing? can anyone else see this to?

there are also far too many explanation why tiny lights are reflected

if you have low blood presssure, you will see more than lights, for you will also see stars (I heard getting someone to punch you real hard on the head will make you see stars too)

I think I might know what you mean. Do you see what looks almost like bacteria swimming around on the surface of your eye when you look at the sky? If so I see this too. just floaters in your eye if this is the case.
