Who/What is the puppet master?

Now this thread isnt for people who disagree with what im going to say, if you do then simply leave. For people who do believe in this theory please express your opinion.
Now is there a different between right and left? In my opinion no.
Both puppets have the same master, all the elections are jsut a illusion to make the people feel like they have power. Empowering the people gives them satisfaction and contempt.
So whos the person holding the strings? Could it be the illuminati, nwo, masons, oil giants, greys, reptilians, or even hilary clinton? (she was added for comic relief)

And how is this accomplished since there are elections, and even teh peopel that can be voted on in the general elections are voted on by the people in primaries?]
