I've seen several bits of video footage in which reporters say that they are being bothered by raccoons on the White house lawn, but I haven't seen any actual footage of the racoon itself.

Does anybody have a real clip of there being raccoons on the lawn?

Does the raccoon have a name?

I was wondering that as well.
This is supposed to be the second time it happened, at least.
You have all these reporters.

And NOBODY gets video?

I'm guessing they have it, but probably were kicking the raccoons, and don't want to show what a##'s they are.

I don't know, aren't raccoons considered pests and vermin?

In my book that makes kicking them OK, so long as you're not chasing them down to torment them.

Sure they are.
As I raise chickens, they are a huge threat.
But I don't abuse them. I put them down as quickly and humanly as possible.
But only if they are in the coop raising hell.

I'm pretty sure that causing a mass extinction doesn't qualify something as a "pest".

We've got foxes here, we get them on our trailcam all the time. They absolutely massacre any hen house they get near.
