Éireann go Brách!!!!

May your glass be ever full.
May the roof over your head be always strong.
And may you be in Heaven half an hour before the devil knows you’re dead.

Well being Belly ta Belly Belfast as my Da used to say, I’m so Irish it's Titanic,as the House of Pain says. I nor my family celebrate St Paddies Day, it’s an American thing I believe but then again I’m a Prod as well.

Just thought I'd update you on my corned beef and cabbage dinner. To say the cabbage part was a failure would be an understatement.
On the otherhand, everyone stated the beef was not that bad and was in three cases an "I'd eat it again" catagory. So all in all, it turned out a pleasant surprise. Was informed that next year to leave out the cabbage and increase the carrots and potatos to compensate. Still have a massive amount of cabbage left, any takers?

Alice?! Who the f**k is Alice?!

I had a blast listening to some Irish folk tunes, drinking pints of Guinness and chowing down on some shepherd’s pie......Best part was I didn't have to pay a dime at my cousin's Irish pub.....

Time to call it a night though! Happy St. Paddy's!
