But the point is that pain in itself doesn't prove the universe is real it's subjective like morphine alters so does morphine make the universe not real since the pain is gone?

Morphine helps take the edge of the pain signals, still need to wait for that bone to heal. Very addictive with some bad withdraws. Some people still seam to function ok with long term dependency issues. Helps them get out of bed.

On some level, quantum stuff makes up the world we are in. On a practical level we are born, do some stuff and die. Lots of theories and some evidence of life after stuff, deal with it when i die. One thing I am sure about is the work of our ancestors that have all helped to make the world we have. While some of them are long dead, the results of their work still continues today.

Competition for resources is a good one. The way the DNA search algorithm goes through the generations, competition is a part of how life continue to get better and stronger. How humans can focus this competition on things like sport has been a great step towards civility.

As for all the wars and conflicts as people look for a fair go still needs some work.

You seam surrendered by a lot of deception. Have managed to work some of it out, still struggling with some still in the grey zone. With the anxiety around this thread, looks like some things have gotten a bit clearer for you. It is natural to question other stuff as well when hit with a big revelation.
