It is a big universe. The legal system is one thing giving humans a chance to sort out its bigger issues. Having some common decadency among the culture helps. Lots going on with translation stuff, being able to communicate across languages helps heaps.

Capture the Moon, setup a base on Mars and head to Saturn looks to be one way to make it happen. Lots going on with science and existence, pushing the boundaries in many areas and ways.
