Ummm. . . .

So Trump wanted people to remain calm and the left wanted everyone wearing panic pants.

Every leader from the countries that US shares historical and cultural heritage with told the truth about CoVid right from the beginning. No one panicked in Europe, Australia etc.
At the time only Trump was muddying the waters in the USA and his jackass twin from Brasil.
6 months later and USA has more deaths than any country in the world.
Such a stable genius and a great leader.
What an idiot.

Annndddd.......everybody else in government at that time tried to downplay it too. They all had the same info that the President had. Nobody was about to rile up the population and create a big scare that would have had profound effects on our population. It was all about "remain calm, we got this"

What do you think would have been the reaction from the media and the Democrats if Trump would have come out early on and said this was the most deadly virus to come around and everybody needs to take immediate precautionary actions like shut the country down? Would they have taken him serious? Or would they have attacked him, calling him a blithering idiot?

I have to ask,

Who is this Woodward guy that the President seems to have conversations with for some reason even though he wrote a negative book about him called Fear in 2018.

So Trump calls up this guy to talk to him even though this guy writes crap about him? Does anyone find this hard to believe? Does he have any video? I would assume so since Trump seems to talk to him often for some reason.

www.washingtonpost.com...

Ten days later, Trump called Woodward and revealed that he thought the situation was far more dire than what he had been saying publicly.

Trump admitted to Woodward on March 19 that he deliberately minimized the danger. “I wanted to always play it down,” the president said. “I still like playing it down, because I don’t want to create a panic.”

Woodward questioned Trump repeatedly about the national reckoning on racial injustice. On June 3, two days after federal agents forcibly removed peaceful protesters from Lafayette Square to make way for Trump to stage a photo opportunity outside St. John’s Church, Trump called Woodward to boast about his “law and order” stance.

In another conversation, on June 19, Woodward asked the president about White privilege,

In another conversation about race, on July 8, Trump complained about his lack of support among Black voters. “I’ve done a tremendous amount for the Black community,” he told Woodward.

because trump was bitching the when woodward wrote fear he dint get interview so this time trump insiste to give is testimony

So, in order to prevent a panic, he made it far worse by telling his supporters it wasn’t a big deal and calling his medical experts liars..

Not to mention holding rallies for his own supporters and making fun of people who wore masks. At the same time he was saying this in private..

The ridiculousness of your response should be apparent to even you.

I think he would have gained more voters, saved more lives and first time during his presidency be presidential and leader of all Americans.
But nooool.
The idiot spent more time on tweeting bull# and create more confusion.

It's all there. The idiot said that he wouldn't wear a mask only to say that a mask is a "pretty good idea" a month later.

Of course the anti-Trumpies will squeal like stuck pigs now because President Donny Moscow didn't make big poo in his pants.

Denial is a way of life in Leftist fantasyland.
Still voting Trump and if you have any brains left after the Liberal lobotomy you are suffering from, you would too.
But then again, you are in Russia or something, 500 miles from the Arctic Sea or whatever, so what you say about my president means nothing.

It's quite amusing, and also worrying reading the posts from conditioned, brainwashed people on here.

Accusations against Trump = All BS fake news

Accusations against Biden = It's all true!

When are you people going to bloody wake up!

Isn't that something to be proud of!

You failed to answer the question on what do you think the response would have been from the press and Dems if he would have come out early about this being more serious than what was presented by everyone at the time.

Just more of what we experienced in 2016.

The American public understands the liberal media's position... and ignores most of it, just like we learned to ignore all their covid-19 fearporn.
