This makes a lot of sense and explains why Joe fell over on his bicycle, because he didn't put a foot down to the ground. He just tipped over like a 4 year-old without training wheels would do after coming to a stop! Were it not for the magic of video cameras in every pocket, we'd not know how "dumb" his bike accident was.
