Strange lights over Coventry UK

Fairly uniformed however no known mass gatherings due to covid. Filmed this from my garden. The lights were origjnally further away but got closer. Still here as of 23.23pm

It's a Bank Holiday Weekend, and to be honest people are doing whatever they wish, and ignoring restrictions in a lot of cases.

Definitely a spotlight or laser from a show or even someones house party etc. The low clouds make it look really good.
