WTF!?

He was one of my favorite actors.

Rest in Peace, Chadwick.

It's hard to explain, but he really had a light within.
Like, you just knew he was actually a good person besides be a great actor.
It seems like those that are like that in Hollywood/Music industry always die at a young age.

After a career as a race pimp and outspoken leftie who took every opportunity to # talk people he didn't have the courage to be - do I care, no.

As a human, looking past all that I hope he is in peace and his family is well as can be expected, this was a long battle and the journey can sometimes be worse than the destination. I don't wish a 4 year battle of colon cancer on anyone who isnt evil, it's like 1400 days of death around every corner.

Guys go get that checkup, this is no joke and one of the things we men tend to put off or ignore , likewise ladies do your self a solid and get that breast checked.

Chadwick Boseman Boards Samurai Story ‘Yasuke’
variety.com...

Sorry the link above needs to be corrected, it said Yasuke was the only non Asian to become a Samurai, that's not remotely true, William Adams a English man, was the second , it is barely possible they could have met but Williams would have known of him, because He could have died by then or way up there in age.

He was tapped to play Yasuke in the real-life story of an African Samurai , based largely off the book of the same name, by Thomas Lockely

Rest in power Mr Boseman.

He will be the only Black Panther for many including myself.
Although with all the deep fake videos we are seeing a future where actors can do films postmortem. I’m not sure how ethical that would be, but It being Hollywood I wouldn’t be surprised.

Marvel wouldn't do that (IMO). It's to easy to CGI a death and build a new story.

He was diagnosed with Stage III colon cancer in 2016. At that point there's only a 40% chance of curing it.

Wow, that means he was possibly filming while having cancer.

Rest in peace.

My brain said “there must be some other Chadwick Boseman”.
Awful.
Young and talented.

Yeah 2020 is something we should delete when we get the chance

Dedicated professional.
Didn't know that was him in "Draft Day" and "42". Those were great movies.

Him and I actually share the same doctor.
I refused chemotherapy though and am doing better.

Sure, but this thread has nothing to do with you.

He was a great actor and was an incredible Black Panther.

So maybe it's fitting to just say, Wakanda forever!

I try not to assume I know the character of someone I don't know. But I do know that he was talented and people loved him and that's enough for me.

I was never a fan of Black Panther in the Comics, but on screen he did a Marvelous Job at making me care.

Very Talented Fella!

i was saved from colon cancer when I was 39.

I think it's something in our food.

Luckily something runs in my family that very few have ever gotten cancer.
Unfortunately many of my friends have had/ or currently have colon cancer.

One of the only things I can think of is dairy consumption & lack of fermented foods for those that have gotten it.

Je ne sais quoi as they say. Sometimes it's just something you can't put your finger on. Very rarely have I been wrong. I'm not even sure I'd call it character, as much as a light...
