That is interesting. I heard from my daughter something similar in Utah near the Mojave desert. People were trying to camp there and would go for supplies to the small nearby towns just cleaning them out. They had to do something similar.
I know there is nothing I can do about the weather, but I grew my vegetables from seed back in March and have watered them all summer and I am just very disappointed. A lot of time invested for little return.
The family went for a hike on Father's day to a nearby trail. Two weeks later it burnt down. It was tinder dry when we went there.
The virus has made everything so difficult and everyone is afraid of everyone else.
One of my daughter's finally found her dream job to have it just taken away.
My son has had to do his university semester again on-line and we are paying full tuition.
He was one of the lucky ones and landed an internship but it had to be done remotely.
I appreciate your good thoughts and I also pass on good thoughts to you and others who are also struggling through all of this.
Ift feels surreal but I will not let any of this drag me or the family down. Someone here had a calendar of odd events for each month of 2020. Hope it can be posted again so we can see where we are.
