Yes. I agree. I think on election night, when it has become clear that Trump wins and the riots really get going, Trump will use the Insurrection Act and really drop the hammer on all this crap. He cannot do this prior to the election, as the media would eat him alive. After his election it’s game on - no more worries about being elected.

Hell, even if he loses he will still be POTUS for 3 months and can still declare an Insurrection.

The Supreme Court would tell President Trump what is about to occur before releasing a public statement.

It's possible one of the justices does not feel well enough to begin the fall session and will retire.

The fall session begins the first Monday in October.
