I could be wrong but I don't think the FBI has that much involvement with suspected arson. Think that's mostly up to the county fire dept arson investigators, sheriffs and possibly includes the forestry service. I'm sure all depts/agencies are swamped right now in Oregon. That rap sheet in Q4678 is a meth head and Oregon has alot of tweekers especially in rural forest towns. Burn, loot, and get high over and over.
