Personally, I don't really care very much either way, not my country not really my problem. I'm not anti-trump, or pro-trump really. I think his cabinet appointies are some pretty terrifying people though, trump himself is just a noisy fool.

The democrats seem pretty terrifying themselves though and the politically correct, welfare state they seem to want to create worries me more.

I have no problems with most average Americans I talk to or meet though, even the ones I disagree with and honestly, wish you guys had a candidate you could vote for that would actually work for the benefit of the average American, God knows you guys are due for one.

the good news, Trump is likely the best option to rebuild an economy in shambles. If he fixes it, it will help everyone. Even the haters. I know they would never acknowledge if Trump did something good, that's fine. He can't run for three terms..........or can he?

This is what I’m talking about. Twitter for facts? Twitter is so full of bots, paid agitators and people that just want to purposely divide and misinform the public

That is as may be but I'm not a user of twitter but I do visit Trumps twitter page to see what inane babble he's spouting today , it can be amusing as well as informative.

When the best you can do is spotted dick and fish and chips, well, I suppose you will have some pent up anger.

And you walk around with a hard on fantasizing over the orange man. We Americans all know about your propensity to bugger each other. How's that price of your ones a pedo and the other abdicated to the wreaked America. Have you all killed any Princesses lately?

Yeah, but the clothes you guys wear are appalling......absolutely no dress sense and/or sense of style and fashion at all - and I don't mean haute couture.
Your tv comedies are notoriously unfunny.

Can't argue about the superheroes.....we just rely on real life heroes and David Bowie singing about them.

Barring a small handful of notable exceptions your music is absolute garbage.

But I love ya's!

This thread is pure comedy gold.....and so is Trump, which is quite disconcerting considering he is the single most poweful man in the world.

you have the humor part right. But I'm sorry, Chuck Norris. Notice the period at the end of that. It's there for a reason.

I mean hopefully. I find the wild devotion I see towards him, and the excessive hatred, to be a bit disconcerting also. Politicians should never be worshipped, they should always be looked at suspiciously and any actions they take against the common good should be scrutinized and attention should be brought to it.

Remember, if you vote for your politicians, they work for you and the people. They should be held to the highest standards and be made accountable for all the things they do. Whoever they are.

It's the only way to make sure they keep working for us and not their own interests. Because, the interests of politicians very rarely align with the interests of the public they're supposed to serve.

In my many travels overseas it is clear that there is a natural animus felt towards the US; much of it has to do with having an inferiority complex; some of it is legitimately because of the wrong things our country has done and continues to do.

When your the world's leading supper power your going to have to deal with most everyone else having an opinion about you.

Americans have strong opinions about other countries too, especially when they have ancestral roots in those countries; its just that there are a lot of other countries so not one gets all of the American attention in the same way the rest of the world pays attention to the US.

One particularity I always run into when traveling overseas or hosting foreign visitors is that the world by and large have a distorted view of what an American is. The dominant thought is that all Americans are of the fair skin, blue eyed, corn feed type. If I had a nickel for every time I was told "Your not American" I'd have a big bag of nickels.

One time I was hosting an Engineer from Turkey who was here as part of a large group tasked with information exchange. As we where working down the list of couplings and each of the smaller groups went off on their tasks, there was this one young woman who was visibly nervous; not crazy nervous but you could tell she was uncomfortable. When we got to her and she found out that she was being assigned to me you could see the weight lift from her shoulders. Later, when we got to know each other better, I asked her what it was she was nervous about and she told me she was worried that she was going to be assigned to an American and that it was a relief when she found out that I was going to be her host. To be clear her worry wasn't born out of her dislike or bigotry toward Americans; but that she was nervous that she would have a hard time interacting with one. So with a bit of puzzlement I say to her "But I am an American" and she says "yea, but your an Italian, not a real American". Now this wasn't a dumb woman she was here to learn some very complex stuff and took to it well; she also spoke four languages.

No. He's not. He's not the best option for anything or anyone or for any situation.

He is the "shambles."

Yes, I believe most media threatens their staff if they go on air and say the wrong things so basically they're doing with their masters or telling them and they surely don't believe in what they're saying. I truly can hear it in their lack of strength or even their sinceritystrength or linked the strength in their coverage of trump.

Yep. Economy etc are the result of Obama fixing Bush and Republican # ups, which Trump was sailing on, then he—wait for it—broke by a failure to responsibly address Covid. Employment number were going down, again thanks Obama, until Trump #d that up too, so he's trying to blame Obama for his failures, and claim a *win.*

that Trump, if only he knew something about business.....

He knows a lot about bankruptcy and running things into the ground.

What kind of idiot dumbass bankrupts a casino? A corrupt one using it as a front.
