I love AC/DC but really only Angus.

Take a song like Thunderstruck. It's so simple and easy...but, no.

He's simple AND impossible.

Here's another masterpiece from Dire Straits - Telegraph Road. Essential on any road trip.

Jump to 9:30 for riffs and grand finale, which still gives me goosebumps!

To all impressions, agreed. I was thinking of something that sounded
older, more brutal and articulate... but there isn't anything like them.
For Old School and robotic brutal on a clock there's always Deze Guise.

These may not be the heaviest, but they are heavy for what they are:

The chorus and ending of "I Want you (She's So Heavy)."

The "chorus" of Zeppelin's rendition of "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You."

"Scentless Apprentice"

Man, childhood memories. We were doing the drum intro from Territory in car with its pedals while driving. Luckly nothing happened. Thanks for this, hadn't listened to it for years.
