See the problem here seems to be the monotheists who think that their way is the only way

Okay how is that a problem? When there're only two paths you can by.

!. There is a designer to all the universe and life itself. Someone of great
importance that you seem to at least have a problem with.

2. Or not.

The problem is you purveyors of science think a whole universe isn't evidence.
Talk about a bunch of desperate idiots. I mean really?

Looks to me like you are the one who is desperate. You made a thread about it and everything. You tried so hard and you got nowhere with it. No wonder you are resorting to derogatory language, and you have the audacity to call yourself spiritual. What a joke.

Take it you've never seen Avatar?

What would be odds for a planet to contain life, an sustain it long to become complex life, only to be wiped out like 6 times and into even more complex, like human beings.

I heard Mars an Venus were nice probably once upon a time ago, but like the dinosaurs, evolution(don't know how that applies to giant space rock from out space counts)luck, or how about God... which sounds more captivating said "we ain't having that" instead, and crushed every?

Not to mention that there the possibility we could wipe ourselves since we are smart enough to do it apparently.

Logical fallacy.
Odds don't matter once something happens.

See now you have a brain that works and your powers of
observation serve you quite well I might add.

Same could be said about counting cards, but then the dealer called Life tosses out the old deck, and shuffles a new.

Phage I now know that you are willing to lie on these boards.
I happen to know as you might have believed I didn't. That
science does have a threshold of impossibility concerning
odds. And it is far below ten to seventy nine billionth power.

You're a logical fallacy.

In a infinite universe all things are possible in time. Anything and everything will eventually occur in an infinite amount of time. There is a higher power we just are not capable of seeing or discovering it as it lives in a higher dimension.

True.

And they will occur an infinite number of times.

Infinity does a number on my mind...

Well then what's that law that says, I think it's 1 in 10 to the
power of fifty that is considered impossible not sure I have that
right. But I am sure you must know. So if you weren't lying at least
be kind enough to tell me what I'm talk'n about please? lol

So, who, created, the creator? since this stuff just doesn't happen. I'm not being argumentative, I'm looking for an answer..or at least your thoughts.

You can mark me down as Agnostic.

He that is, always was and always will be.

Zero need for creation in that statement.

You're stuck thinking in a 4-D mindset. Just because you believe something had to be created for it to exist, does not mean that is a universal truth. God or the Infinite Creator if you will, is not bound by any such constraints, because by definition God exists outside of both space & time as we understand it.

Believe it or not. It's your choice. Free will and all that...

Carry on.

I would love to believe we are special but our immune system is pretty much like an insect's, a cockroach comes to mind.

Criticizing demographic redundant. You say it isn't I say it is perfect.
I point to it's perfection regarding it's purpose. And you make a comparison
to cockroaches. But where is your argument. All you have is a critique
that is ridiculous BTW.

I can make a *very* good argument on both sides of this.

So can anyone with a modicum of understanding of this issue and a little knowledge of both ancient religions and modern physics.

So, what does that tell you about the question - or better yet - the answer to the question?

You're going to find yourself banging your head very hard into all kinds of metaphysics at that point.

Welcome to my world.

Jump right in - the insanity is fine!

The question was never about how did life happen or where did the universe come from, it's always been how do we face our profound and crippling fear of mortality. That's why God. And every practice involving that elusive creature has only ever been a bid for control over that inevitable fact of reality.

more than one question we've come across.
