Firstly it's considered a hoax. Why would the fbi share a known hoax on social media?
Second its considered antisemitic. Why would the fbi share antisemitic material on social media?
Who considers it a hoax and why and what makes it antisemetic?
The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (Russian: Протоколы сионских мудрецов) or The Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion is a fabricated antisemitic text purporting to describe a Jewish plan for global domination. The hoax, which was shown to be plagiarized from several earlier sources, some not antisemitic in nature,[1] was first published in Russia in 1903, translated into multiple languages, and disseminated internationally in the early part of the 20th century.
Henry Ford funded printing of 500,000 copies that were distributed throughout the United States in the 1920s. Distillations of it were assigned by some German teachers, as if factual, to be read by German schoolchildren after the Nazis came to power in 1933,[2] despite having been exposed as fraudulent by the British newspaper The Times in 1921 and the German Frankfurter Zeitung in 1924. It remains widely available in numerous languages, in print and on the Internet, and continues to be presented by neofascist, fundamentalist and antisemitic groups as a genuine document. The political scientist Stephen Bronner described it as "probably the most influential work of antisemitism ever written ... what the Communist Manifesto is for Marxism, the fictitious Protocols is for antisemitism".

You can get it on Wikipedia, too, or a search yields about 4 million hits. So what's the point again?
The point is that it was apparently "tweeted" by the FBI.

The coincidence of what's in protocols and what's happened/happening in today's world is quite uncanny, wouldn't you agree? It's almost like the literature is prophetic.

This article was originally published by The Southern Poverty Law Center.
The Southern Poverty Law CenterWhite supremacist David Duke has a new book coming out, of sorts – a repackaged and “illustrated” version of the notorious anti-Semitic hoax, “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.” But unlike previous editions of the text – all of which attempted to claim that the book was a genuine transcript of a gathering of wealthy Jews who conspired to bring about the enslavement of Western civilization
Protocols of the Elders of Zion, also called Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, fraudulent document that served as a pretext and rationale for anti-Semitism mainly in the early 20th century. The document purported to be a report of a series of 24 (in other versions, 27) meetings held at Basel, Switzerland, in 1897, at the time of the first Zionist congress. There Jews and Freemasons were said to have made plans to disrupt Christian civilization and erect a world state under their joint rule. Liberalism and socialism were to be the means of subverting Christendom; if subversion failed, all the capitals of Europe were to be sabotaged.
The Protocols is a work of fiction, intentionally written to blame Jews for a variety of ills. Its lies about Jews have been repeatedly discredited, but the work continues to circulate today, especially on the Internet. The individuals and groups who have used the Protocols are all linked by a common purpose: to spread hatred of Jews and to promote hatred, violence, and even genocide.
The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion is a magnet for controversy. This publication helped to spread the disease of antisemitism throughout the world. The protocols are a document that purports to represent the ideas of a secret society of Jewish elders and was published by Sergyei Nilus in Russia in 1905. These ideas are a blueprint for conquering the world. History can show the impact that this document has had on the human race. Adolf Hitler was influenced by the protocols, which therefore help to explain why Hitler believed that Jews were planning to conquer the world. Subsequently, Hitler was responsible for the deaths of millions of Jews throughout Europe. Although at first glance the protocols seem legitimate and original, it has been proven that they are a mere forgery of a prior document and hold no concrete evidence of an original author. In sum, the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion are a false documentation that has no credibility and its purpose is to spread antisemitism throughout the world.
What it really is, is a fraud, and a plagiarized fraud at that, meant to deceive. The text is taken largely from a little-known 1868 German novel and from the colorfully named political satire Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu, written by a Jewish French author. It was exposed as a forgery in 1921 by the Times of London and ruled a forgery by a Swiss court in 1935
