Anybody heard of this? I'm curiouse about it and kinda want to try making it. jlnlabs.online.fr... actually, what i want to do is make some sorta light (like a night light) that is comprised of two objects arcing underwater. How hard could that be to make? (gulp)

i know, I've considered both. I just think a tesla coil would be ever so time consuming that it may never get done (or it might not work like my DAMN LIFTER!!). i want to make a version that dosent produce any gasses (or at least any gasses that would blow up my house as soon as someone lights up...)
