Me too, but, it has to be 16 year and up. 10 and 12 years still have volatile compounds in it that distort the taste.

An 18 shouldn't need any diluting and the taste should come right through.

Someone mentioned a flame, a burn. I drank a straight shot of high end tequila, no ice, nothing else in it. The best way I can describe it is that it burned going down in the most beautiful poetic way. It was wonderful and sublime, a liquid fire.
