This thread has turned into "Torture Methods Happy Hour."

Justice doesn't include torture. Justice doesn't abide torture, not for any cause. Perhaps coming up with ways to heal our sick society should take precedent over ways to punish those afflicted with the societal sickness?

This man, if guilty, is obviously demented. We should spend our time understanding his compulsion so as to better combat it, not getting all worked up and hateful which serves absolutely no purpose other than to assure the fellow members of the community that we don't condone child rape. That sorta goes without saying though, don't it?

was he also guilty of kidnapping?

was this a relative? god forbid his own child?

not enough facts to see what the situation was, or even if it became a real situation, instead of a planned deal... why are they leaving so much ambigious?

Back on topic, I think that death is exactly what this bastard deserves. I think that the death penalty should be broadened to include any crime that is likely to affect a person for the rest of their life - Rape, Murder, serious assaults.

Unfortunately, I also believe that we need a better way of ensuring no innocent people get convicted.

this is horrible. That poor child and all the ones like her. I know she will remember for know matter what the experts say you can and do remember thing that happen before age 5. I was sexually abused between ages 2 and 3 and have never forgotten. So I know these memories do not go away. God bless the children.

Paul A. Kraft will more than likely be placed under isolation in prison due to the danger of his life while he is in there. Why should anyone care that his life is in danger after what this animal has done..
