Tax the rich and tax them hard!!

Love when people with a measly six figure income, maybe a couple mil in the bank, start screeching about "wealth tax" and how the libs wanna steal their cash. Very, very cute that you consider yourself wealthy with such a pathetic amount of money.

A rising tide raises all ships. Those with 6 figure salaries know that their success is a result of those at the table above and around them- not to mention theirs will be the next confiscated.

I can tax everyone even if they aren't in my jurisdiction! Mwahahaha

I'm so dumb I actually thought there were rules to this.

New rule - No rules!!!

I like it when third worlders die from starvation.

It reminds me how incredible a 1$ cheese burger is. And how blessed I am.

You know if mass starvation came to the USA that dollar burger would be even more awesome wouldn't it? Because it wouldn't exist anymore. It'd cost way more then.

Can't wait.

Heavy taxation equals mass starvation.

So therefore a foreign power could attack the price of the McD 1$ burger to inflate it and potentially kill thousands, maybe millions if the economic ripple spread to other cheap foods.

Someone should hire me.

Any tax is a murder weapon.
Money equal food equal life.

Govt don't need all that money.
They need to be REASONABLE with what they have.

Its a work in progress. A create a new normal, so to speak. If you live in CA, liquidate and get gone. FL too. Test states. Mental conditioning is off the charts.
The more people who wise up and reject the conditioning, the more we can progress/evolve.
No one is allergic to truth, yet.

Dumas addendum...

I don’t think Florida even has an income tax. I think they raise most of their revenue from sales and income tax, property taxes, along with hotel taxes, and miscellaneous fees. It’s as big of a factor as the weather as why people retire there.

To me the biggest reasons not to live e in Florida are the heat, the hurricanes, and the people that already live there.

No, that is the good old union hamstrung nanny state I call home.

And good luck to anyone clearing that out of Sacramento.

And I'll tell you the reason.

It is just so much more financially feasible to take your wealth to Texas, or to a lesser extent Arizona and they are well aware of the incorporation exodus.

In practice it's to legally blackmail the job creators into not leaving for the greener pastures of lower overhead expense, AND WAY MORE BENEFICIAL TAX STRUCTURE.

It really is, "How dare you leave with your money, we need more of it, and this prevents you from taking your talents to Ft. Worth, or even worse Phoenix".

Must be all that net negative migration to places people can afford to run a business.

In current news, both Uber and Lyft (Both San Fransisco based companies) are threatening to discontinue rideshare if they have to classify gig contractors as employees in the state. On The 20th, food delivery may be the only thing left in operation. Which is also a gig contractor, but is not applicable.

The discrepancy is the long awaited Shangri La of the many entities associated with the no longer lucrative Taxi Medallions racket.

It took them years, but the union nepotism inevitably sends everyone to Texas.

I'm a fifth-generation Californian. It is in my blood. It is part of who I am. I am never leaving.

So, the question is this:

What the f*@# do you all care what happens in my state? My goodness, the Presidential election has been called in the last few elections before our polls even closed. Our votes don't matter. You ALL know that the state is going to vote Blue.

Don't want to visit here? Don't want to move here? Great! Stay away, and allow me to enjoy my weather. I am sick of all of you who are transplants, anyway...

We do what we do in California. If you don't want to be a part of it, stay away.

Plain and simple.

Really, there are natives? I thought 3 years qualified you as a local and ten years made you born here. I have approximately one neighbor born here. Otherwise I have every aspiring model, visual artist, musician, and all the other punters and failed industry people that make it The Dream within the Dream full of failed dreams.

5th generation in California makes you Mayflower rare.

This is the epitome of the transplant state.

That said, I am guessing you're not in a place like Mendocino County, or most of the state not in the more densely populated areas.

I worked on Camp Pendleton during the last election and on election night. And Those marines were a step from lighting off fireworks (some did) and burning an ephige of "Killary". The surrounding area, "North County San Diego" is South Carolina transplanted into California. So many cresent moon magnolia stickers.

Which brings me to this again:

Don't want to visit here? Don't want to move here? Great! Stay away, and allow me to enjoy my weather. I am sick of all of you who are transplants, anyway...

When you say "we" you make the state sound like programmed Democrat San Fransisco borgs. To a hive mind of pompous arrogance.

If I was sick of all the transplants (like me) I'd have no one in my complex to talk to.

Nevermind all the people reporting our news that moved here from Kansas City two months ago and can't pronounce the colloquial street names yet.

That is the most bizarre sentiment I've encountered since I've lived here. Why denigrate transplants, visitors, and commentators? And more so towards different thinking ones?

Humorously, I have a friend in Austin, TX that says the same thing about California transplants moving there, "You're coming here in droves and making it into a more expensive, and even smellier hippie town!"

"Work" doesn't even mean anything anymore.

Well over half of "workers" sit on their ass on the phone all day and get paid for that.

I even seen chefs on the phone over half the day while I got to do all the hard labor and he gets paid twice what I got for doing a tenth the work.

So um yeah

None of you earned #.
It's all an illusion.

If God gives to you - you're blessed.
If God takes - you better wake the # up.

Everything you think you earned was a gift from God because you don't deserve a penny.

Millions worked their asses off to starve and die.
