So, I got tired of selling tools and hardware, and wanted to go a different route.

So, I got a new job. This new job is pretty cool, and will let me do a lot of challenging things that will allow me to refine my skillset. Another cool thing is that due to the how large the company is I will be able to work anywhere in the world that I can speak the native language.

My new job requires being armed, and as such I had to go qualify today. I'm out of practice, but I still did fine enough. Had one round go awry. It was pretty easy qualifying course. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

So, if you're on here coach. Thanks lol.

Need to practice more.

Also, Glocks aren't that bad. I guess I just had a few bad experiences with them. Guess it goes to show ya shouldn't go off first impressions.

Here's my target.

The round that I totally messed up on is down in its right arm.

Good luck and stay safe. Target looks nice. I wonder if the fist shot was in the right arm. Sphincter factor of 9 after that. If so, great recovery.

You're either a bad shot or your sights aren't right....all of my groupings are the size of the bottom of a pop can.
I don't mean to be a prick, I am just calling it as I see it.

Congrats on the new job.

Nah, the low shot was towards the end. It was the first shot after a mag change.

It was timed, and apparently you can't sling Glock mags out, so I wasted a second trying to shake the damn thing out. Ended up having to use my support hand to pull it free. Then, I squeezed that round off as I was bringing the sights back to eye level.

Thanks, didn't use my personal gun. Had to use what was handed me. I can't remember the last time I shot. It was either towards the beginning of the year, or at the end of last year. So, I'm out of practice. I wasn't really trying either. I knew I was going to pass regardless, so I was basically just throwing rounds down range. I definitely could have slowed down and took my time, but I just wanted to have fun.

You should show off your skillz. I like seeing the fruits and labors of people's training.

I am dealing with a bad concussion right now and all my gun experience doesn't exist.
I have shot almost every handgun known to man but I am not allowed to admit it.

I saw a girl point a 44 magnum at the snow and pull the trigger and it pulled and stuck the sites in her forehead.
Fun times.

Congratulations and best wishes! It’s always exciting to have a new job, especially when you have more room to grow in your field, whatever that is.

If so, he should be fired. Not a single hole in the "head."

Even I watched Collateral, geez.
