trumps hair is a work of art. Sculptural, colored and held in place by an industrial adhesive.

I'm a fan of trumps hair but not who it belongs to.

Water topic....I have a 100ft well and a submersible pump and a cistern to hold the precious rain water for the garden.
I paid for the cistern, pump, pipes, hoses, and distribution system. Eventually it all goes back into a septic tank and the ground. Any one that tries to tell me how to use MY water can go suck a big covfefe.

He has the best hair.

It's fantastic, his hair is.

Always the best.

I actually voted for him BECAUSE of his hair...was that wrong?

Well this water EO for ‘the hair’ he’s about to pass will seal the deal for his vote for 2020!

About time. Stupid rule for shower heads anyway.
Next, get rid of the damn low flush toilets!
How does it help conserve if you have to flush 2 or 3 times?

The claiming of rain by owners of a watersheds mineral rights is among the most nefarious, dastardly moves in humankind.

If you think trump cares about you or this country THINK AGAIN!!!! He wants to ease water restriction rules so HE can have his PERFECT HAIR>.it is all about HIM......oh the idiocy, the selfishness the me me me....the man is nuts......HIS HAIR is more important than having enough water to fight forest fires.....his hair is more important than communities having enough water......when he does this..how long before we you us will have to start rationing water?????

Oh sweet jeezuz the TDS.

I hear he uses two dabs of conditioner too, but only if it's been tested on endangered woodland animals.

Right. Cause the real problem here is people pointing out and calling Trump on his ongoing stupid crap... & not the source of the stupid crap. This is what the president of the USA is wasting his time on. Which it is the duty of the public to keep tabs on. He is, after all, supposed to be working for us. But keep on excusing Trumps idiocy through tired unoriginal name-calls that swiftly allow you to completely avoid the topic.

I know you are being sarcastic. The way I see it...rain is a gift to me from GOD. It's just one of the many blessings I receive from my higher power.

I just wish God would send a little more of his liquid blessings to my place in Texas.

I can't help but wonder who is the target audience for this propaganda piece.

Being a British publication, you would think it's designed to make British people hate Trump as much as the British government does. But why? Over the past four years the British propaganda machine has churned out plenty of hit pieces. Any Brit who doesn't hate Trump by now because the BBC told them to isn't going to be convinced by something this stupid.

Is the article for American consumption? Again, those that already hate Trump might be inclined to believe anything negative about him. But anyone with two brain cells to rub together would know that the Department of Energy does not set policy by a President's shampoo habits. If you take Trump out of the discussion, you might realize that the easiest way to get around a 2.5 gpm limit would be to use multiple showerheads. In other words, a 2.5 gpm limit on showerheads is meaningless and unenforceable.

So who is the target demographic for this propaganda? People who already hate Trump? People who aren't sure if they should hate Trump? People who like Trump but will now hate him because of showerheads? Maybe The Daily Mail just had some space to fill? Maybe the author was considering getting a job at The Onion?

Your sarcasm detector is a bit off.

Rain is a blessing to life on Earth. Water is owned by no one. Privatization of the gifts of nature is nefarious.

I have a lot of internal conflict on that. I believe in property rights to a degree. In the same a way an animal has its territory, so would the human animal. So there is that. But on the other side, that territory is mostly a claim against others of the same species, and is resolved with deadly combat.

Obviously im not for deadly combat to resolve property disputes. But I tend to look to nature for a basis of what our laws should entail.

As it regards Texas....this summer is sucking. I can't wait for monsoon season to hit central texas so we can have some relief.

Copy that!!! But I also have oil and gas leases on my place. I guess I don't deserve that "gift of nature" either, according to you. Even though that farm has been in my family for over 100years and been paying property taxes on it almost that long.

You are beginning to sound like a hippy socialist. "Wow, like man, all of Gods bounty belongs to everyone dude"

Yeah, I guess my sarcasm detector was off.

Maybe he should go and bomb a Middle Eastern country, yes?

I mean, that's presidential is it not?

The rain belongs to no one. Thats all im saying. I support right of capture. Obviously.

Fwiw, my political centrism has nothing to do with compromise and everything to do with simple viewpoint. Typical for libertarian viewpoints.

I've always had a problem with criminalizing collecting rainwater. If one turned one's entire property into a collection, especially a watershed, that's one thing, but people who collect from their roof runoffs and barreling it should not be criminalized.

As far as natural water rights (such a creek, stream, or river), when it impedes or disrupts sources downstream, I do have a problem. From experience.

Yep. Corporate interests should never impede upon a public land owner's access to fresh water.

How do you feel about ranchers or farmers that berm up a dry wash to capture rain water for their herds to drink.
It's common practice in Texas. How do you feel about my 2500gal irrigation cistern to water my GF asparagus garden.

Actually I don't really give a sh!t how anyone feels about what I do on my bought and paid for property in NM.

I get the feeling that you want the government step in an put a stop to it. Conservative libertarians turning into fascist with government regulations. What a world!!
