Trump did something out of the ordinary, and sent out a strange message.

I think promises must be performed Mr Trump.

Then again he's still missing that wall to date.

I think certain portions of the few 100 miles of ""fencing"" erected, are already teetering on the brink of collapse or have fallen into disrepair.

And who keeps throwing one road block after another to stop President Trump from finishing the wall? I believe it's the dems.

He promised you a 100ft tall impregnable 3000km + wall my friend.

Not a few 100 miles of sub-par falling apart 30ft railings.

Its not the "Dems" that's the problem but logistics and geography I'm afraid.

Was there ever any mention on ATS of the wall falling over in the hurricane?

I watched for it — but, never saw it.

I don't think Hanna did collapse the border wall.

That would indeed be FAKE NEWS as they say.

But apparently certain portions are falling apart just down to the geography and terrain of the area.

You do know building the wall was signed into being by George W Bush, right.

There was already a plan in place.

Trump has turned it into a folly.

Right, I thought he might have been going to thighland to hang with some yo Semites.

On a more serious note, I'm a little dumbfounded by this presidency, nothing good is coming from it, the flow on effect to the rest of the world is unnerving to say the least not to mention dogmatic issues that are compounding.

Do you live in America? Trump's policies are America First policies. To say nothing good is coming from this presidency, if you're an American, is an outright lie to yourself. Unless you've been groomed to live on government assistance.

And who keeps fighting against the funds for the wall? Dems. But nice try a diversion.

The wall has been being built for a couple of years now. He's doing quite a lot considering being blocked at every turn. It worked out for democrats in 2007 and 2008, but it's not working like that this time around.

OK. I bow to “real” Facts.

I usually research first, but didn’t on this.

I don’t think it’s gonna go down well in history.

There were several threads on it falling over from high winds. The wall is being built, but people can't stop worrying about blaming Trump for the coronavirus long enough to notice. It's still a shiny new toy so dems are still fixated on it while Trump continues to push out his promises. You might wanna pay better attention in the future.

Oh yeah, I feel so sorry for Trump being blocked at every turn — as he tries to completely erase his predecessor — who was blocked at every turn.

Regardless, do you even understand that the economy took off immediately after Trump reversed all of obama's executive orders? His administration pulled this country down and it matters not how you feel about either president. Lower taxes for every working American which was a great move, but people like you can only focus on how it helped others. I think there's some depression deep down that causes you to hate someone so much that you can't acknowledge the good he's done. We can agree to disagree on things like universal healthcare, but lower taxes and a better economy? How could you dislike that?

Trump is a self serving narcissist who only cares about what’s good for Trump.

Not once do I believe or support he’s done anything for the good of this country. He’s done it for himself.

And I’m not particularly liberal or anti-conservative.

I’m just not delusional.

You mean like all business owners? I couldn't care less if helped himself. He's also helped the working class and the country at the same time. What's to hate?

I live in a border state and their are miles and miles of border that both Americans and Mexicans just walk across. Even the one time barbed wire fence has fallen down. Border patrol just at the official check points.

There are wall prototypes out in the desert, not on the border. And the contractors building the border wall and the building material suppliers, haven't been paid. They're shut down.

He's about to be blocked permanently is he not?

I mean i dont see Joe being willing to carry on with his xenophobic wall wet-dream myself, nor the senate, or most of congress, if im honest.

Not with the COVID 19 bill in the post and a recession on the horizon the likes of which the US is yet to witness.
