The timing on this may have to do with Trump going into hiding. They are going to make sure this information is released with or without Durham.

I cant tell if he is just saying that he wont hold another rally in Ohio maybe again for a while, but the follow up vid does strike me as odd, something about the lighting and a lack of audience made me wonder if its in a backup location.
