Who needs the NRA?
I am not a member and I will still buy and own guns.

Okay, shut down the NRA.

So who wants to start the National 2A Society with me?

Instead of trying and failing to protect the second, let's fight to get it back.

Step one, remove the NFA tax stamp.
Baby steps though- remove the price tag, not the horrible system behind it.
Not yet.

Trump already suggested they move to Texas. The donors will ensure they are funded, although the NY INC should liquidate it's assets in the dead of night.

Just another angry failure of a subhuman attacking our gun rights. And dimms think this helps them

Wait til you see what liberal sweetheart we target. Maybe abortion? Protesting? We'll see!

""james"" needs to be under investigation for treason for supporting antifa and probably being a man while claiming to be a woman (fraud) judging by appearances alone

God I truly hate and despise these activist leftist piles

Well part of the lawsuit involves recouping at least some of the money the looters took. It would be nice if after all the books were balanced out there would be some money to either give back to the donors or either revitalize the NRA or start a similar group?

One of the reasons a lot of 2A supporters have moved to GOA.

I suspect they'll have quite a few new members here soon.

If it could be shown that the NRA was responsible for millions of dollars of fraud, essentially meaning they stole from their dues paying members, would you support their dissolution?

No. I support liquidation after a class action lawsuit then dissolution.

So the government found out that the NRA operates just like the government
And I believe that the NRA got rid of at least one guy for doing crooked stuff.

I thought the NRA was a private entity. When did it become a government business?

New York attorney general Letitia should continue focusing on letting more prisoners out of jail to make New York even safer.

Non-profits are required to operate under certain rules in order to maintain their tax-exempt status. The officers of non-profits have what are known as fiduciary responsibilities.

Just finding a newer, more "radical" gun rights organization and dumping our support into them via membership, donations, word of mouth, etc

I have quite a few long guns I'd donate for a raffle type endeavor

Our new NRA needs to take the stance that all gun laws are unconstitutional on their face, and work backwards from that position. We also need to start attacking all their leftist sweetheart policies (abortion, etc) in retaliation for attacking our gun rights and free speech. For instance, no church means no protesting.

And the garbage democrat Gun Control Act of 1986 that made machine guns too expensive for the common citizen, effectively discriminating by class.

Dissolve the NRA, by all means, corruption / fraud in any organization is why we have the problems we have.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and speculate that the folks who shoot the sh!t out of each other, every weekend, in Chicago, don't know what 'N.R.A' stands for.

I'd target dissolving your public education system - therein lies a root cause of MANY issues currently playing out.
