Visual forensic expert Hany Farid reviewed the video and told CNN that it's been edited and slowed down.

Of course You-tube and Facebook took this video down almost immediately no surprise there , The lack of integrity by social media is just astounding.

I was almost ready to just dismiss this video as being tampered with slowed down if you will , but the more I watched it the more I realized no no it's quite real.

It is fake though I didn't know when I posted it , Chr0naut provided an un-edited version I cannot argue with facts .

The effect of alcohol mixing with whatever medications she takes. I know this video is supposed to be fake, other videos of her speaking pretty much resemble a drunken ramble.
