I disagree...
Not that it's failing though...

It just fails faster with democrats in charge.

America has a National Debt of $26.5 Trillion with a Federal Debt to GDP ratio of 136% , what exactly do you think that means?

We just had the biggest GDP collapse in US history with record unemployment in our sights.

Before COVID got here, Trump already had the US on a fiscal slide headed towards default and ruin. In fact that was Trump's whole understanding when he took office, that if he overspent he could just default (like he does in his personal life) and renegotiate... that is not how that works. Trump failed to acknowledge that someone else was always left paying for his failure and in this case it was going to be the American people.

I know you mouth-breathing fanboys won't ever acknowledge that our economy is anything but great until a Democrat takes office but know that Trump was handed a booming economy that he drove into the ground before this virus ever got here

Somebody should tell congress about this debt problem. I'm sure they'll get right on it. All those people care deeply about taxpayer debt and have worked tirelessly for years to save you money.

Mouthbreathers indeed.

Hey Trumpster, America's going through the worst contraction in US History, retailers are cutting manager positions and closing down stores. Millions on unemployment with benefits set to expire during the worst pandemic in modern history and no end in sight. And then we have the trade war that has stretched our FED to its limits and left American farmers underwater

Your community doesn't have four more years with Trump as President

It’s low info stupidity like this that has gained a lot of traction from the deranged Leftist cult.
It’s a wonder that you can even dress yourself without consulting with CNN, MSNBC etc.
Or maybe you can’t.

Worst economic recovery in history belongs to Obama. Is it Trump or Democrats who want to close down the economy leading to the economic problems you refer to currently?

The people living in those areas are the reason the areas are so nasty.

They're not even people! They're animals!

No people would want to live in these filthy rat and rodent infested places! Jared Kushner is their landlord!

/hyperbole

And, again, whenever those ghettos have seen individuals committed to cleaning them up, your side whines and bitches about "gentrification." You get what you pay for... to have nice things, those benefitting from the nice things must put in the investment. Your side thinks some should pay for all, which is frankly ridiculous bull# in line with your party's embracement of a Marxist hell.

www.thebalance.com...

Franklin D. Roosevelt: President Roosevelt had the largest percentage increase. Although he only added $236 billion, this was a 1,048% increase from the $23 billion debt level left by President Herbert Hoover. The Great Depression took an enormous bite out of revenues. The New Deal cost billions. But the biggest cost was World War II. It added $209 billion to the debt between 1942 and 1945.

Yeah, he did.

To compare, if Trump increased the national debt as much as FDR did, we'd be looking at a national debt of $210 Trillion rather than the $26.6 Trillion we actually have.

It's cute that you think I care about party affiliation. All of congress is garbage and deserves contempt. Maybe when you can admit that it will be the first step toward recovery.

Bait somebody else. Maybe a slightly higher quality bait.

Gentrification is all about private investment and profitable returns in the private business sector. Public education, schools, parks and community centers, public transportation and roads, fire departments and police are overseen by government. When these government amenities are adequate, it benefits the existing community as well as private sector, looking to upgrade private properties for profit.

Win/Win!

Simple math.

Average gross domestic product (GDP) growth since the bottom of the recession in 2009 was barely above 2.1% per year. The average since 1949 is well above 4% per year during the previous 10 expansions.

Even CNN said so.

FDR did nothing but prolong the Great Depression with his New Deal policies.

I'm assuming he is your hero because he actually put American citizens in internment camps.

Because of their race.

Now THERE is a great example of a strong Progressive leader....

Typically predictable straw man come back from you.

No. I won't throw the entire congressional body under the bus. There are good people on both sides. We just need to vote out the bad ones, including the current POTUS.

Still waiting for your response to Obama having half the average GDP growth of other post recession expansions. Or did CNN not tell you about that?
