I hope Trump does. I hope he pulls all "funding" from all "The States".
I'm not sure when it happened. But "Constitutionally"? "The States" were supposed to "fund" the Fed Government. Not the other way around.
"Jurisdiction" used to be an actual "legal" issue. Not so much anymore.
