It's not wet and in fact isn't an ocean at all, it's the ocean of love. They just call it ocean because it's nearly endless, huge and never conquered. Exploring a part of it makes you miss out on the rest, in fact you must drink it all to become saturated by it but that's impossible.

The sirens will deceive you and on all land you die.

As I mentioned it can't be conquered but it will also not conquer you.

You just need to find a way to check its temperature.

john 37 On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and called out in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. 38Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said: ‘Streams of living water will flow from within him.’” 39He was speaking about the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were later to receive. For the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.…a reply to: Out6of9Balance

And here we sit immersed in a liquid sea of love,
Shimmering rainbows in silver sky above,
A looking glass that reflects our past
Tied with seaweed all around like willows

Upside down you caress my heart
Caress my soul
Surround my limbs
You laugh your laugh
And hold my body fast
And we wake up and sit here thinking
Thinking about the times we used to have
And know they're gone forever
We'll never learn
Never learn

Following the shadows of the skies
Or are they only figments of my eyes?
And I'm feeling close to when the race is run
Waiting in our boats to set sail
Sea of joy
