Read the motivation behind vacating the sentence.

Compare that to Stones jury, which has significant documented misconduct vs. mere incidental exposure to facts

Yeah , poor Roger.

The Boston Bomber will spend the rest of his days in prison while the lying friend of the lying President evades justice , MAGA.

We can't know he was lying because the jury was severely tainted, by that real Court's standards. Or did you miss the extreme misconduct unearthed? Including the jury foreman LYING during jury selection

The fact you don't see a fatal problem with that shows where your interest in justice lays.

You mean like Hillary evaded consequences under the espionage act for unlawful removal of classified information, unlawful possession of classified information AND removing SCI from a SCIF? That hag should still be hanging out with large Marge

The Boston Marathon Bomber was a kid.. he was a 19-20 year old kid, who had an abnormal experience growing up. He immigrated and was Nationalized, and for some reason in his life he didnt feel or get acceptance leading to him searching for a purpose and a group that would take him.... enter ISIS...

He was a vulnerable kid used as a pawn and conditioned by evil people.

He should be locked away for a long time...

But no death penalty... given his unique situation he deserves a second chance at some point.

Wasnt he essentially a kid?

First offense?

From what I understand he fell into the wrong group... and was somehow ISIS radicalized on US soil.

Life in prison is enough. Obviously his parents and support structure failed him.

This sounds like the story of every terrorist dirtbag honestly. He had a chance at an education and a good life in the US. He CHOSE instead to believe lies and attack us in our most vulnerable spots

We should continue sending the message to terrorists that you will not be treated well and we will kill you if you take up arms against us.

Or spend your life in prison.

Depending on what the new sentencing is, it will be one or the other.

Or maybe Trump will commute.

Not far off, Dems are known for pardoning terrorists, cop killers and all sorts of awful people. The like putting criminals on the street we like putting them in the ground (or prison if less severe)

It seems President Trump agrees with this sentiment as he is demanding the government refile for the death penalty.

He attacked the Marathon with a bomb and killed/maimed with no regard and then murdered an MIT cop in cold blood

Having an opinion is not disrespectful to anyone and tired of that old controller line, it is an opinion. I still don't even think he did it my right to MY opinion

You don't think Tsarnaev was the real bomber?

What makes you say that? His arrest from the boat was streamed live by mainstream media and he was linked to the pressure cookers and pipe bombs
