Is MacDonalds even classified as food anymore, it's all preservatives and sugar, I think we need need a new descriptor for this if there isn't one already.

These things from Mickey D's are amazing especially given the price. But it's important to order the MUFFIN sub biscuit, because ALL the biscuits contain a different type of egg. "Folded" yellow egg, and it's NOT the same experience as what I'm offering. That's why you have to specifically order the muffin. SUB biscuit.

Homemade biscuits and white gravy are something I miss so much being up here in Canada. The biscuits aren't the same up here sadly, and nowhere I've ever tried has white gravy. It's all brown gravy that tastes like it's from a package.

Homemade white gravy is really easy to make.

Even without bacon or sausage grease .

Big skillet, 3/4 cup of vegetable oil or bacon grease HMMMMM

Heat oil on medium tell its hot add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tsp of pepper. whisk it around

add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of flour whisk it around a bit then add a cup of milk (have the 1st cup of milk ready before you put the flour in)

Whisk around and add another cup of milk keep whisking and getting the lumps out until you have added 4 cups of milk .

And whisk tell it all just starts to boil getting lumps out. Then remove from heat and add sausage or bacon or nothing and its still delicious.

Now I want biscuits and gravy
