The silent majority is real, as a registered Dem living in Mass, I always vote 95% republican. If you watch any news, local, cable or the obsolete network talking heads. That most definitely contributes to your illusion. Are you seriously considering Joe Biden? WOW!

Despite my bemusement and lately disgust at other democrats and liberals, I do seriously support Biden.

Biden has the disadvantage of being another "wishy-washy" democrat that will be seen as changing their opinion with the tide. Flip-Flopping has always been a thing democrats do. That and being the hope of ther current democratic party.

For clarification in the thread the policies of Biden I support include but are not limited too.

Ending Privatized prisons
Ending mandatory minimum sentences
* $15 minimum wage
Expanding of FASFA for Associates degrees
Nuclear power in alternative energies

* Voluntary buybacks instead of banning of assault weaponry. It's a non-thing to do, because who would would voluntarily give it up? Have you ever really shot up a wood crate with an AR-15? It really changes your perspective! Though laws in my state have changed here since I came in 2009. A 10 round clip in an assault rifle? That's not fun!

Keep the troops deployed
Expand defense budget
* Increase capital gains tax (sorry Trump)
* Tax the wealthy
Supports USMCA

* That's why I mostly vote Democrat. The benefits of higher taxes on the wealthy exceeds the benefits of trickle down economic in my opinion. These are typical Democrat positions too.

There are some views I disagree with, Leave capital punishment up to the states to decide like cannabis and abortion.

* he supports states to decide on Cannabis.

But the main support is from his stereotypical Democrat tax the rich economic policy.

if that should actually be true that biden suffers from dementia, for which there is of course no proof but so what? then it would mean: america has the choice between two mentally unfit men. maybe you should think about your electoral system. something like this is actually only possible in banana republics.

interesting post by the way. greets from sunny munich!

To vote for Biden is worse than being Biden.

Enabler.

Either way, not my circus, not my dog-faced pony soldier.

So Trump needs to win some poll numbers...if only there was some sort of debate where the voting public could see which candidates are able to think and stay in a cohesive reality...

I dont know, it is said Ronald Reagan exhibited symptoms of Alzheimer's as early as 1983. And he did fine. In fact he is the gold standard among conservatives. Didn't even get blamed for 1987, Japan did, how slick?

it is said. so, it was just a rumour. nothing to build an argument on, right? the story of the most powerful office in the world is only half the truth, in reality the real decision makers are the big companies, the military, the internet giants, the pharmaceutical industry etc... the president is rather a symbol of power and strength.

Most Americans are not willing to put a person who has advancing Dementia in charge of our country's economy and military.

Which is why most Americans didn't vote for trump.

Looking at some of those policies appear good. Do you trust Biden to follow through? Tax the wealthy sounds good. Do you really think Biden is capable of taxing Billionaires like Les Wexner and Bill Gates with all their accountants and tax loop holes? Or will this tax push be used to further cut the middle class and give more power to these ultra wealthy?

Shocking Revelations From FBI Investigator John DeSouza!

In this interview John talks about his expectations of the up coming election at the 41 minute mark. It is going to be a fight. The rest of the interview covers many other topics like covid, media, globalists, ufos, mk ultra, China and other political issues.

What, no draw in civilized political discourse any more? Civility in difference of opinion really that boring now?

More to the point it is in response to recent history.

I remember the media making fun of Sarah Palin, and a Sheppard Fairey poster winning, but I don't remember it ever being as blindly black/white devisive as this.

I used to respect CNN, now they are the equivalent of a pathological gossip queen trying to ruin an enemy.

So to defend my grandstanding this is my response to what I see and my contribution to it.

We don't disagree about the media. We do disagree with how much impact they have/will have.
And that was my point in my reply.
You seem to think they are swinging the balance of the vote. They will swing the vote in the opposite direction.
Time will prove one of us wrong. With that said, I don't really care. I will live my life and not be buggered into action about some soap opera drama. I'll say my peace and walk away dropping the mic.

Not surprising really, most people don't reveer douche bags and Turd sandwiches, I'm sure though it appeals to a minority of people for one reason or another.

At this point trump is the Hilary of 2016 and Biden will be viewed by many as the lesser of two evils. Anyone but trump will be the mantra. His die hard supporters will never admit it but he has divided this country in hateful fashion and has handled the coronavirus horribly.

By constantly trolling the left and behaving spiteful, childish and unprofessional towards his detractors and the media he has made himself the most polarizing American politician I can remember in my lifetime.

By constantly spouting off incendiary rhetoric against minorities from vilifying a Mexican American judge to referring to #hole countries to quoting racist mayors to retweeting people sarcastically yelling white power he has done nothing but fan the flames and emboldened nasty behavior on all sides.

By constantly deriding the scientific and medical community within his own administration he has done a terrible job in leading the country throughout the pandemic. By not wearing a mask he failed to lead by example and instead emboldened people to feel that they shouldn't have to further delaying the containment of the virus an attitude he has since reversed course on. Too little to late?

All that being said I wouldn't count him out just yet. Biden could completely fall apart and make gaffe after gaffe in the debates leading many to believe he truly isn't fit for the presidency. Either way no matter who wins I have zero confidence that the next four years will be pretty considering our economy is destined to tank big-time and our debt to increase to unheard of levels. Whoever is in the white house for the next four years will be up to his ears in the brown stuff.

The polarization programs by Democrats in the 2016 elections failed so bad they have increased their polarization programs by 100 fold in 2020.

1. If you would let a grown man stroke your daughters hair and face like Biden does, something is wrong with you as well. He crosses the line and goes about a mile further with his touching.

2. Just the black vote alone will give Trump the win. If I read correctly, normally the republican gets about 13-15%. Last poll I saw Trump had around 40%. Word is, if a republican get above 20%, it's an automatic win.

That's what they said about Hillary. Please stop with the certainty talk, that just jinxes it.

As much as Fox News swung 2016

If you truly believe Fox News had anything to do with Trump winning, you're mistaken. People don't watch Fox to tell them how to vote, they watch because there are people - not as many today - that they agree with on political philosophy.

You are demented. I’m a Brit and even I know it’s the democratic socialist agenda that has divided and created a hell hole in America. Did you expect trump to roll over and accept all the sh!t that has been thrown his way, or that his supporters were going to accept being called redneck retards.

Take your head out of your arse and realise that by voting for trump now you are saving the western world.

Democratic socialist are now the world over aided by China and Middle Eastern money.

If the democrats get into power you will witness the mass genocide of democracy.
