SO attempted robbery is not a good enough crime eh?

Telling people they should be paying reparations is not attempted robbery unless you are an offended and butt hurt white bitch.

My issue with this is that apparently those associated have no control of their arms.

'Those'? It was plural?

What is your position if a innocent bystander gets "winged"?

The same as when some rightwing nutjob runs a woman over with a car, arrest them and prosecute them.

Unless it's ATS, then you get people making up stories about how he didn't do it and reeeeee'ing like morons.

Ok you go up to someone with a gun in your hands, and get loud demanding they give you money and see how many years you get for that. Its attempted robbery in most states.

Taxation is theft so, by the same metric, any calls for actions that ultimately increase that taxation are attempts at robbery. I'm not offended, I'm just greedy where my own earnings are concerned.

You shouldn't try to cite the law since you're pretty ignorant in that regard. Armed robbery in Georgia requires theft, nothing was stolen. I'm sure in your typical fashion you'll misstate the situation again but I don't mind, I like proving you wrong.

Maybe wait until the police release the findings from their investigation, you already had people in this thread insist AK guy did the shooting and it turns out he didn't.

I knew you'd say that.

Now go and pull the Georgia attempted armed robbery statute. Let me know when you can't find it.

It's from a law firm who has worked with the law there IN GEORGIA. No you just cant admit you are wrong. It may not be the exact statute but they make the summary pretty straight foward.

Admit what? That there's no 'attempted armed robbery' statute?

Maybe when you find one I'll admit it.

law.justia.com...

Apparently a ATTEMPTED crime is what that would be according to that. I know in MY state at least it is attempted from what i recall.

Still not 'attempted armed robbery'. Keep going, eventually you'll figure out that doesn't exist.

Everyone should be required to have a training class before purchasing a weapon, or proof of police or military service.
