I can't see any former Ron Paul supporters voting for Biden and this current version of the DNC.

I am very nervous about who Biden will pick for VP, a Kamila Harris type would be worse than Hillary.
There is already talk of just using Biden to secure the moderate vote and using the 25th to push him out in 2021, crazy stuff.

Face it, they are all as bad as each other.

I just wanna rip people like you up one side and down the other.
Hate hate and more hate. Hate the greatest country in the world
hate the President of the greatest country in the world. Hate the
people of the greatest country in the world. All without reference
to anything anyone better by comparison on even a single level.

You are slipping below zero credibility and frankly you just sound like a
nut. And I know you aren't just a nut at least not without a high level of
intelligence. But you really need to soften your views up immensely
so you're not just so completely wrong about everything. Just try to
see the good in the best this world has to offer because brother. That's
all any of us have. And you may not see it but people like yourself are
enabling people who want to take what little we have left away.

Just try to see if you even can

Nicely written! Very well thought through and put together.

My only real point of contention is that you infer Bernie isn’t/wasn’t corrupt.

He’s a career politician. He’s most certainly corrupt - you just liked him the most. That’s the final leap to make - thinking you’re going to find a politician who isn’t corrupt or motivated by something that is corrupt isn’t going to happen.

Now, on the point of corruption - Trump isn’t an exception to that in general. But, from a political standpoint, he’s not a career politician. Career politicians tend to have a lot more baggage - by virtue of being career politicians. So is he possibly less corrupt as it pertains to politics? That’s entirely possible in my mind.

And, while I’m not a huge Trump fan... he’s better than Biden.

You think that with an entire planet to plunder, that China would go for the US? Possibly the hardest target of them all?

Paranoia.

America is expansionist too.

Do you think that they had some reason or right in Korea? Vietnam? Afganistan? Africa? The Pacific Islands?

Face it, they are all as bad as each other.

No.

You rather China push up on nz or the USA don't lie.

I would rather that my countries stay sovereign, and that alliances and trade deals are done in the best interests of national sovereignty.

The US has a worse record of abusing the sovereign rights of other countries than China does, taken over the times of their respective histories.

I don't hate America. There are so many things about it that are really great.

But neither will I wave the flag over what is to me, a foreign country, and one that also has some significantly bad things about it.

Drowning yourself in nationalist pride, in ignorance of the bad things that are American too, is an unhinged response and can never redress the issues.

That is also something I dislike about some Americans. The fact that they can't take any disagreement without them foaming at the mouth and beating me with their flag.

listen for the record I don't drown myself in anything
superficial. Hornitos please make it a double? And is
America perfect never said that. Back to what

There are people who want to take away what we have left.

I don't see the world flocking to any other country in droves.
Proud of America and what we've accomplished damn right.
Do I think it's perfect? Not by a damn site. But I don't expect
perfection from anything with Godless men at the helm.

But we aren't up against the Godless. We're up against "The
wicked". I do wonder if you have that difference clearly in
mind or if that may be the source of your problem. As well
as those like minded as you.

And there are a majority of people who want to keep it, too.

Also, as near as I can see it, if they 'wreck' America in the process, then they don't gain anything worthwhile. Can you see the weakness in the argument of that line of reasoning? It is unbalanced and paranoid, as I said in the post to which you were replying. Your response made my point, there, didn't it?

I don't see the world flocking to any other country in droves.

Strange, migration in the millions is going on all around the world, all the time?

Have you also noticed that the extreme right-wing are always decrying 'those migrants' who are 'destroying the country', despite the fact that America would not be the country it is today without mass migration. It is built on it.

I mean, look at what has been done to the US native populations. It's a disgrace, especially for a country that supposedly has such high standards!

Proud of America and what we've accomplished damn right.

History is full of Godly wickedness. There is precedent in crusades, inquisitions, and the systematic application of oppression by powerful 'religiously zealous' authorities.

True wickedness is to respond, with violence, hatred, and the careless use of power, to the different.

And I'd disagree that America is the best country in the world. In ratings of things citizen happiness, affordability and rule of law, it rates high but isn't the best. It is just another first-world country. It's rating is subjective and very variable, anyway.

I don't see how you could care for the environment and still vote for Trump. He is removing protections left and right and it is all about profits over this planet. Biden will definitely be better for the environment not to mention health, jobs and basic human decency.

Godly is never wicked. If you allow yourself to believe wicked men
can't be part of a church. And thereby enable this kind of skewed
thinking? God is not wicked and therefore nothing Godly or of Heaven
is wicked.

This whole world is designed to gear your mind in just this
way of downhill thinking.

History is full of the Godly wicked.

If anyone be wicked they can not be of God.

Ultimately the wickedness has one purpose.
To destroy every bit of Gods creation right down
to every last human soul. That's all what everything
that happens on earth every day even in Gods own modern
day hiatus from this world.

Everything happening on Earth is necessary for Gods purpose
to be fulfilled. I'm just glad I was honored with being a part of
it. I often see the big part of hate for Trump is simply because
of his references to God and Jesus Christ.

Or the "You know the thing", that Biden can't even let stumble
out of his mouth correctly. Not everyone understands little
things like that if not ignored. There is great meaning in them.

Anyway I'll concede you don't hate America. Only because you
allowed yourself to be consumed in hate for a man you didn't
even notice until he ran for President, beat the odds and hasn't
been allowed to do a better job than he's managed by tooth nail.

You never give him credit and you seem unaware of the idea
of giving someone a fair shot. When did the world become a place
where a man wants to try and do something. And he's told nope we
hate you and you're to stupid to do it. Get out of here go away NFW?

The only time it happens is when fear and/or jealousy are involved.
And frankly it's reminiscent of the typical third grade school yard crap
most kids grow out of before middle school. Turns my stomach to
see it return in so called adults that are elected no less. I just don't
understand how you or anyone could hang on that band wagon for
one second in good conscience.

So because he sniffs hair, which yes is weird and no I do not like it. For that matter I do not care for Biden in the least. Besides, there are plenty of examples of Trump being weird an creepy too. The alternative to Biden is loss of life and liberty. Another 4 years of Trump and we can kiss democracy goodbye. I just do not see Biden turning us into an authoritarian Oligarchy. I see Trump committing horrific acts of violence against people and the planet so yes I will be voting for Biden on the small chance that he will do right. Trump is a hopeless lost cause. a reply to: neutronflux

My God not Nantes....this will be one of the final things les français put-uppent avec. But honestly, just wait and see what they do when you set fire to Avignon...mon dieu, imaginez the absolute beasts they will suddenly become if some foreigner takes the most culturally relevent and irreplaceable of all, REIMS or ST DENIS! That's when the French people will lose it with globalisation and multiculturalism...

What of the Pharisees who demanded that the Romans crucify Jesus?

And it has never occurred to you that Trump is using his 'religion' as PR?

Everything Trump lays claim to in a religious sense, aren't for his personal faith or deeds, it is all based upon his (now fairly remote) ancestors. That is as valid as the Hebrews thinking that because they descended from Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, that somehow made them right. Jesus was quite clear that it didn't.

In the past, God has raised up people who had clouded pasts, to positions of great honour and power. People like Paul and Moses. But they were repentant and God honoured that. Do you see any of that in Trump?

We all know of Trump's use of prostitutes and his sexual immorality, his close friendship with Epstein, his course language, his use of his money to hurt others, his shameful self-promotion, and, recently, his murders (the intentional killing of people by drone strikes without prior legal trial).

Well, where is the humility and repentance? Trump is far less credible even than one of those 'fallen' televangelists.

Or the "You know the thing", that Biden can't even let stumble
out of his mouth correctly. Not everyone understands little
things like that if not ignored. There is great meaning in them.

Yes, I have, and I have done so here in various posts on ATS.

I applauded his moving the American embassy from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem.
I applauded Trump's signing into support of the CARES act for relief during the lockdowns.
I applauded him for the intention (but not the timing) for removing troops from foreign soil.
I applauded him for upholding that BLM had a case and cause in the deaths of citizens at the hands of overzealous police (something that he has now gone against, somewhat).

The thing is that he has overshadowed the good actions, with bad. He is famous for his lying boasts. He slanders people and when they produce evidence of their innocence, he does it again.

Yet he claims that he is the being 'picked on' and places himself above blame for his actions.

No, Trump is megalomaniacal, narcissistic, self-centered, arrogant, and carries the 'nuclear football'.

He is in a position of great responsibility and is not being responsible.

That is nothing more than an opinion that respectively could only
hope to find consideration as an item in a long list of considered
items for reaching a conclusion of fair judgement.

Wow! For the life of me, just not see'n it.

And if two people are this far apart in what reality is painting
in the world we share? Then to me one of us must have some
serious issues.
