New World Order in the u.s.

hmmm... upon playing on my xbox live i was discussing the nwo when we stumbled upon a one dollar bill strangely on the back there ar two symbols aka seals one is the u.s. and the other says the great seal that is one of the mysteries and under the pyramid with the eye it says NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM which properly translates to New World Order there is two words that i need help translating it is ANNUIT COEPTIS so any info would be muchly appreciated thanxs

Annuit Ceptisus if I remember correctly - translates to "God supports our task" or something like that. Note that its right above the all seeing eye which in symbolism would suggest they are reffering to that eye.
