Black National Anthem...

I have never followed American football at all, so this is for those that care.
It appears that now certain people want to add ANOTHER anthem to stand up to besides the American national Anthem.
That would be the Black National Anthem, which, I have to admit I have never heard of until a few minutes ago.
(After re-reading this after posting, I thought that the way I worded this was not correct, I do not mean to sound racist when I said "those people", I only meant, those that make the decisions in the sports)

On YouTube my favorite channel happens to be Anthony Brian Logan, you may know him, he's a black commentator that (to me) always makes a lot of sense. He brought this up in his last video, and personally, I can't see the need for another one, I mean, if they do this, it will only confuse, incite, and separate people even more. I mean, why stop there? Let's also have a Chinese, Mexican, or Vulcan anthem, you know, to level the playing field even more.
(I'm kind of kidding there)

Anyway, I found this just as uncalled for as Chaz/Chop was, maybe you care, or don't.

Y'all can talk about it, I really could care less about football, especially now days, even I, one who has watched it maybe 3 times in my lifetime can see how it's been ruined by kneeling and other stupid stuff.
Now more than likely Nascar is possibly ruined by (other) stupid stuff. (I could care less about Nascar either, but I know that a lot of people like both sports, I don't)

You mean they're going to play TWO different anthems? I thought they were replacing the Star Spangled Banner.
So I'm guessing it'll be okay for black players to kneel, raise fist or whatever during the Star Spangled Banner...
Wonder what's going to happen if the white players act similarly when the black anthem is played.
Could be the resurgence of the PurplePeopleEaters and the return of BIG accidents on field.

This is insane and just another thing to keep this hate and divide thing going. I sent a text to some friends and family, asking them about the Black National Anthem and if they thought it was a good idea if it is played at sporting events.

I got a 100%, what? Hell no! Who thought this up?

This is just a tiny sample, but from looking around, most people I know, Black or otherwise, don't know anything about this new ploy, and don't want any part of it.

It's only going to be played during week 1, the first games of the season. If you disagree with it, don't watch it and don't give them your money. Simple.

As another poster said, we are all Americans and there is only one “official” national anthem.
Just another cave in to the insane “woke” movement that is causing this country to crumble.
