Mmm, yep. Just disregard what I've said, and focus on my opinion while at the same time accusing me of doing what you're doing.

Let me break it down for ya.

You say:

Freedoms are freedoms. Whether or not you care about specific ones means nothing.

Then, why are you getting pissy with me for having an opinion?

That’s the point of freedoms. Some freedoms are more important to some people, than others. And vise versa.

Now, you're beginning to sound conflicted.

im emotional because apparently, people don’t understand the definition of FREEDOM.

There is NOTHING ambiguous about the definition of freedom.

Are you listening to yourself? It sounds like you're arguing with yourself.

There is no damn asterisk there that says: *unless we find a new form of the flu.

Where did I say anything about "Unless we find a new form of the flu."

It sounds like you're just angry in general, and something I said simply rubbed you the wrong way.

Because according to you some freedoms are more important than others, and yet here you are getting pissy that I have a difference of opinion on some things with you.

The way I see it, and I'm going to use the word rights instead of freedoms, is that all rights are just as important. Not a single one is more or less important, and if we're going to get rid of one right we might as well do away with all of them and get used to the idea of self-governance.

How would we exercise our 1st right without the 2nd?

How would we preserve the 3rd and 4th without the 2nd?

How would we preserve the 5th through 10th without the 1st and 2nd?

Which ones do you think are more or less important?

They scream about their first amendment right to protest, in that same amendment is the free exercise of religion.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

You have the right to be stupid and die on your own time.

But when other people are involved you do not get to risk their lives for them.

I feel like this belongs in a political forum, but whatever.

So California has placed more restrictions on religion.

Apparently, despite allowing protestors to scream and shout and get in people's faces they want to ban choirs and congregations from singing, and reduce attendance to 25%.

If religious people feel strongly about it they can defy the restrictions.... the protesters didn't ask for permission; they just did what they thought was right and the authorities felt that the optics of intervening was to great.

Organize a sit in at your local place of worship... I guarantee you won't be removed by force.

There are more and more black people questioning why there are white people trying to run the show and trying to be the voice of black people. They're getting tired of the white celebrities and politicians and corporations using their platform for gain.

Yes it can be, years ago when I was on a mission trip to Mexico we went into the mountains where the natives lived. Not the half breed Mexicans or the pure blood Spanish but the lowest class the indigenous and they had no buildings, we had a service under a large tree and it was the most beautiful and anointed service I have ever been part of. I might add it was with WIM world indigenous missions, we would go in and raise up local pastors to minister in their own countries rather than send in someone to start a new church.

No but the state and county governments are above the constitution.

It's no secret now that the evil wants to do away with religion and God from the people's psyche. It's all in the open now. And they're not gonna stop here, everything related to goodness and spirituality is under the axe, even judaism, buddhism, islam, certain esoteric material, etc, anything God related.

And all this under the man-made cover of the "pandemic", "social distancing", "masks". All for our own "good and safety", typical luciferian!

In emergency situations, yes they can be.

Does the Constitution prohibit emergency actions?

Let me ask you this is federal law against polygamy a violation of the first amendment, It was part of the Mormon religion and exercised by them in the territory of Utah before it became a state? It was a stipulation that Utah would not become a state unless it was made unlawful.

What makes you the judge of stupidity? What are your credentials?

I could say you're stupid, but I'm not as hateful as you are being.

I guess by your logic you'd be happy if I went out and died. One less stupid person according to your logic.

I guess Utah really wanted to be a state.

But then,

Reynolds v. United States, 98 U.S. 145 (1878), was a Supreme Court of the United States case that held that religious duty was not a defense to a criminal indictment.

en.wikipedia.org...

You can't say it's your religious right to break the law.

And we aren't talking about a law, are we?
