Beautiful indeed... But no need for jealousy! These ladies have obviously put in much practice and hard work to be able to this. And their courage and confidence to even try says much for them as well. That's quite a bit for anyone to admire and respect. Especially feminists!

Actually, this is a great gymnastics. I tried to twist one piece and immediately realized that I had to start with a stick. Otherwise, cut yourself a part of the body)))
In this gymnastics the whole body works harmoniously, and this is wonderful)))

How very true! They have to be conscious of -- and in control of -- their entire body. And I know long blades are rather heavy, so it's a combination of strength and coordination and fluidity of movement. Oh my!
