Has anyone seen a graph showing the number of COVID-19 cases per number of tests? I can’t seem to find this, is it out there?

The best thing I ever did for my career was take 3 advanced excel classes.
You can take any data and make your own graphs from simple to very very complex.
Not saying this to be snarky, but I mean it in a serious/helpful way.

So, what do you think the best metric is?
Total cases doesn’t tell us much, just how many they found, but testing is limited.
Total per 1000 people doesn’t tell us anything either, not everyone was tested.
Positive cases per tests done doesn’t help either, it’s biased towards positive because we only tested people with symptoms.
Increase of cases is affected by how many tests that are done, more tests- more cases.
The only metric I’ve found that seems to work is total deaths from everything compared to previous years and I’ve only heard two studies. One said there are NOT more deaths and one that says that there ARE more deaths.
