What does the topic have to do with projections of the left on conservatives? Are you denying that an alt - right exists?

Are you ignoring that an Alt left exists?

It does make sense. They label anyone that doesn't goose step to their moral code alt right.

Just label every conservative alt right Richard Spencer lover and censor them.

Absolutely not, my premise is that if racism is the defining factor of what is the label of alt right is then there are many who are racist who are not ultra conservative.BLM the Black Panthers, Lewis FArakan, Asians, Native Americans, Mexicans, ect.

And my observations were...? Look I'm not attacking anyone on the moderate right. I'm pointing out there is an alternative right group that is causing a lot of grief.

I'm not sure why so many people think I'm lumping them into one category here. I'm pointing out clearly some internet entities are.

Black supremists can be labeled into the alternative right as well. Alt left is much harder to define to be honest. Considering the term alternative right was coined in I think 2008, by Spencer and some fabricated news outlets.

Maybe the alt left is much bigger and more in disguise.

There is a history of the Alt L of the south of eft being racist. Look a the Jim Crow laws and the huge resistance of school integration.

The Dems playbook is available for all to see. Hasn't changed in a decade.

Label your enemy a racist and hate monger.

Then ban them from everything, fight them, physically if possible, and just continue to call them racist 24/7.

The only difference is the sphere of who they consider their enemy and label a racist continues to grow.

Oh, you don't fully support defunding the police? You're racist.

You say all lives matter? Sorry Terry Crews, you're racist and out.

Because functionally, that's what that sentence did.

If that's not what you meant, I am certainly willing to accept that.

The Charlottesville situations were the last time Spencer and his merry men provided what they were capable of. And it turned sour, even for his own liking. Since then he sort of toned it down and took to a new platform.

I just hope this won't escalate any further because, if people really knew the internet and where this hate and discrimination has crept it's way through social media and other platforms, it's rather alarming. And now they can't release their 'patiently waiting' game any longer.

Wow...don't even know where to start. Above you claimed to be against freedom of speech, one of your reasons you ble the south more than other states is because "that's where it all started," and you have done what the Millennial children do which is reduce politics itself to a personality type or preference whereas the left side people are young, fresh, revolutionary, like black people and are ready do to the racist free Earth the RIGJT way while those on the right didn't get it, are racist, and represent a medieval way of thinking in which they don't like black peopñe or want them to stop getting gunned down in the millions with their hands up. Really, how old are you before I address this thread? I have a policy regarding trying to talk sense to a certain age group

The “alt-right” was the biggest nothingburger since the Mods and Rockers. It’s the same with “hate speech” or “hateful speech”. This is a moral panic brought about by woke billionaires submitting to the demands of an entrenched political and media class, who would love nothing more than to define the bounds of speech. Pure censorship, nothing besides,

Would you please explain to me who this mysterious alt right are. Do they have a manifesto? I ask this to be educated not for an argument. thanks

The "alternate" right is of course the left.

Everything they say the alt right does, like white supremacy is what they do. They just want to keep doing it without consequence.

Moleneaux is about as supremist as the people who classify children special needs - he sees issues centered in certain but not all communities and tries to explore them to find a solution - a real white supremecist would put them in the ovens.

I read an article a few months ago, and I'm trying to find it, that discusses how many moderate conservatives have been essentially shunned or suppressed by a large segment of the far right, and even mentions some pretty well well-known conservative sites that have been attacked/criticized/shunned by the far right simply for offering a moderate viewpoint and not the alt-crazy we see from the far right.

Hell, look at how Romney is treated. Look at how McCain was treated toward the end, even here.

The moderate conservative don't seem to have much of a voice, or they have been hijacked.

You are insanely misinformed. Paul Edward Gottfried who's a paleoconservative coined the term alt-right and defined its values. He's also jewish. The left loves to brand the right wing with a lot of success. The alt-right has basically become what you've described mostly because the leftist media took something that wasn't bad and helped racists attach themselves to it. Nationalism doesn't mean you are racist. The left fears nationalism because it is a populist movement for the right, however the left pushes socialism which is a populist movement for the left. National socialists and communists were the two most dangerous ideologies in history. Fascism and socialism both equally suck.

The alt-right originally was conservative but people like Richard Spencer are not politically right wing. They are racist leftists. Richard Spencer in an interview admitted he prefers Democratic socialism because it is closer to fascism than anything else. David Duke is just an old school racist white separatist. His group isn't much different than the Black Liberation movement or the Black Hebrew Israelites. They're fringe by all standards of the words. I actually don't even know who Daryl Davis is so I can't even speak to that.

Always find it amusing when people try to paint the deep south as hugely racist.

Growing up in the deep south I am used to seeing inter racial couples, neighborhoods full of people with every ethnic background you can think of, some of the best food in the world as we mix what we like from all over or take classics from other places and put a southern twist on it. (often deep frying)

What I see when I visit my family up north, neighborhoods divided by ethnic backgrounds, when I went to Canada for a nato exercise we were told do not cross street X, when asked why we were told you will be beaten to within an inch of your life for being white.

Yet somehow the narrative remains that the south hasnt changed 1 ounce since before the civil war.

Spencer and Gottfried both coined the term. Jared Taylor set the foundations of it all. Spencer just got the ball rolling.

It doesn't matter how much you try to move the goal posts, the Alt - right is a relatively new and newly formed version of fringe off the charts right leaning mindsets that have existed for decades before. The same thing happened with the 'creationist' movement over the years, reforming itself to sound more scientific. It's a sort of infiltration tactic.
Here's one of the main issues, the political spectrum keeps changing for some reason. But the facts are right there, it does not matter how hard you try to force one group of people into some little box on that spectrum, they have set values that don't help build society as it is right now into a better one, for everyone. Whether it be white supremacists or full on Bolsheviks style reformation gangs.

Again you are wrong. Gottfried published his speech "The Decline and Rise of the Alternative Right" in 2008. Richard Spencer first created a publication called the Alternative Right in 2010.

Gottfried was a paleoconservative while Richard Spencer is basically a Nationalist Democratic Socialist. They don't even get close to fitting in the same movement. Paleoconservatism isn't crazy right wing. It is just traditional conservative values before the party was hijacked by the Democratic created Neoconservatism philosophy. A Nationalist Democratic Socialist isn't righ wing at all.
