I love it...

Democrats bitched and moaned for days because Trump is having a rally during the coronavirus. People stay home to tune in, other than 19,000, and democrats bitch and moan because people didn't show up.

I'm glad he didn't want to be the party of the KKK and slavery.

The Democrats aren't that. Times have changed since 211 years ago.

The Republicans have also now embraced the neo-Nazis.

Neo-Nazism
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fortunately we won't have to put up with your complete misunderstanding of our politics much longer. Dems are still the party of racism and using Wikipedia as a source is laughable. The KKK is still active. Do you try to be this ignorant on purpose?

And Trump, or the Republican Party is doing something about the KKK?

Your country is in flames because of the lash back against the attitudes fostered by the KKK.

Which side is Trump on in the present situation?

The country is in flames? The whole country? Wow, I wasn't aware of that. I thought it was just the hell-holes run by inept Democrats. Even the leadership in Detroit was smart enough to kill the "defund the cops" movement after their crime went up.

It's going to be hilarious to watch as the Dems crumble under pressure that's starting to come - finally. Trump and the GOP don't need to and won't do anything about the KKK, just as they won't do anything about BLM or Skinheads or Nation of Islam or any one of the other hate groups because as long as they don't hurt anyone, free speech. Something you know little of.

Stick with something you know something about, your country. Every single time you post about ours you're either wrong or exaggerate cluelessly.

Those states and cities are all in your country and under the same President. it is strange to me, a foreigner, that you describe your own country as a vicious enemy to itself.

The president does not run the states. States are governed by a separate legislature and governor.

It's ok, I don't expect you to understand how our Republic works since you are so willing to be completely ignorant about it while you continue to trash it.

I do understand, you know.

Most governments around the world are a multi-level hierarchy of national, regional, and local levels. It's nothing special or unique in the world.

But back in the 1780's all the states united under a common Constitution, which still stands to this day, and they became the Republic of the "United States of America".

The Constitution in Artice 2, assigns executive authority over the individual states, to the position of the head of the executive branch, namely, the office of the President of the United States of America.

The whole boondoggle of the Electoral College is because the states wanted to retain some degree of balance of power between themselves under the new government. The Electoral College doesn't do anything but elect the President and VP. In other words, the states only have approximately equal say and in the case of one state vying against another, the President becomes the tiebreaker, by the powers vested in the office by Article 2. When there is disagreement, or when the issues are affecting the entire nation, the President, and Congress, are the bosses of the states.

Wow, way to cherry pick. I give up, you're not interested in the whole truth, just parts that you can nitpick with. Stay ignorant, stay blind, stay uninformed and happy with your head in the sand.

No, you wanted to push a narrative where the states have supreme authority over their domains and that the President is 'lord of nothing', just to support your opinion that these "Democrat" states are acting like renegades, and that Trump is just being picked-on.

He is not being picked on any more than any other political leader has been.

He is supposed to do a lot of stuff, which he mostly doesn't seem to be doing, other than blaming and golfing. The crises that he is facing (or not) are real and actual.

Trump has the mandate and authority, as defined in Article 2 of the Constitution. If he really was a strong leader, he'd probably be doing some leading, methinks. However, he seems to want to isolate himself from advisors and from any attempt to get consensus and clear action. If the outcomes are good, he claims it was all him alone, if the outcomes are bad, it is everyone else's fault. Hell, he claims things for himself that haven't even happened and he couldn't even have influenced!

Honestly, if anybody thinks Joe Biden can get this country on an upward trajectory after all this chaos and division, they must believe Joe's speeches and rallies he is giving to the spiders and rollie pollies in his basement. Want to believe in polls or do you want to believe the huge viewership online that watched and even on the liberal left sites he is pulling in 45% TO 50% of the likes and while on the conservative sites it's 85%-95% of the likes LOL unless the Tik Tok kids are scrambling that too LOL.

We will see once Joe gets out in the public just how viable a candidate he actually is or isn't.

I see Biden hiding until November. He's afraid to face Trump in a debate and democrats are frightened to let him debate Trump.

Why do y'all care what his thoughts are? He could be the most radical progressive in America deep down, but he's doing what he thinks is best for America, he actually puts his promises in place. So it doesn't matter how he feels deep down, what matters are his actions and his production.

You lead off this reply with the sentence''Why do y'all care what his thoughts are?'' You don't really hope to get an answer to that do you? The best I can come up with is shouldn't we all take a deep interest in the thoughts of the people we choose to run this nation.

You continue with ''he's doing what he thinks is best for America''. Well, I partly agree. Yes he is doing what he thinks is best for America, but only so far as it will serve his own personal cause, Donald Trump. He is the epitome of ''me-ism''.

So, does it matter how he feels deep down? Oh, you bettcha. Sorry I can't come up with anything more for you here.

Brilliant post, mate

Just try, for a second, to think about your approach to people in real life... if you knew someone that did something good but were a total dick in their approach and a dick about what they did, constantly bragging, or making claims that were patently untrue, I don't think for a second that you would give them any respect. A dick doesn't deserve praise. A dick doesn't deserve respect. A dick gets slapped down and told to return when they learn how to act like a decent person.

Every day. I refuse to put up with it. And I'm just a front-line customer service floor manager at a small retailer. I told a guy the other day, "Have some manners,Sir!"

I guess, what confuses me is those who say we're for Trump because we're pro-government.

Yet those who make that claim are pro socialism which is pro massive government!

Yeah and they want more laws which = more control and more taxes....

When ever I have heard Trump speak, he says we a lot.
He certainly knows how to redirect objections by pushing the good points.
He is adept at this kind of rhetoric.
Other than that, I can't really see the hook the left has been trying so hard to hang him on.
It does not reflect well on them that it is not more obvious to me.

While true he switched from dem to republican, calling out only one side as cultish is simply refusing to accept reality. The left has been infatuated with the cult of personality for ages, the yes men aren’t something exclusive to trump... a reply to: 3sixand9

Trump is shameless, that's why he is loved.
Very flawed, with bumbling good intentions.
An anti hero that infuriates hypocrites.
One of the few politicians that seems not to kiss ass all the time.

Many people like to piss off the self righteous..

Yes because his supporters wish they weren't too coawrdly to act and behave like him because he gets away with it and they couldn't.

Good intentions? If those intentions are for people he sees as on his side. Even then as the saying goes "the road to hell is paved with good intentions."

Trump and his supporters are the biggest hypocrites I've ever seen in my life. He exposes them.

He just kisses foreign enemy ass.

That makes sense, he’s an opportunist and sensed an opportunity to lead cult-like fringe conservatives.

Yes, liberals got a bit crazy in the past decade so it is good for balance to have a crazy right-wing party as well... although a bit risky when *everyone* In the nation is crazy and polarized. I’m interested to see how it plays out.

So you consider half the voters in the country to be a "fringe"?

LOL....whats the other half?

It’s a good question. I consider them fringe because they aren’t interested in looking at science or facts and they are filled with hatred and destruction.

The other half would be fringe liberals who have their own set of weird issues.

I’m more of a moderate. My parents are conservative, but at least they are educated and take stock in science as well as engage in respectful conversations. They also don’t try to harm people different than them like gays, blacks, or immigrants. They are still legitimate Christians who believe in helping the weak instead of harming them.

I’m not sure what direction conservative Christians are headed in, but it certainly isn’t towards Christ.
