Now I’m not a betting man, but if I was....I might bet on seeing a bit of blue flu the rest of the week in Atlanta. Seems like it’s been passed around a bit unfortunately.

A conservative is just a liberal who has been mugged.

That old saying has never been more true.

Ive not seen 9mm ammo on a shelf for months. Anytime i see .40 or .223 i grab it.

I have a couple 9mm that are currently just paperweights though

I bought a few boxes from Able's last week online. They are still reasonable. My local range has some, but it's mostly in 115, not 124, and $16/50rnds. That's fine for the range, though, my Shield will eat up any ammo I throw at it.

The news are hoping police move in.

If I were a cop, what would I do? I can't do anything really. If I do my job, I'm in danger both ways - from the protesters and from those who are supposed to have my back if I have to do my job. And the only way I get backup from any other dept is if I go down now.

Howard is a swamp creature in Atlanta politics. Not surprised.

Yeah, familiar with the case from two weeks ago. Not surprised the taser was a deadly weapon then but now it isn't.

I don’t think we should compare 3,000 BC and 2020 AD.

Times have changed a tad.

And humans are now totally different. We have digital watches!

Big changes, no triable chief to turn to, most People don't even speak to their neighbors.
Plus now everyone has a gun besides that watch.

I think all LEOs nationwide should strike. I can protect myself, my property and my neighbors. It would suck for folks who can’t defend themselves, but this anti-police insanity has gone too far. A drastic lesson on how much we need our cops is required.

Wouldn't it be funny if the numbers of murders and reports of theft are less, or even much the same?

What we now need is the vigilante super-heroes.

I realize you are poking fun at this but of course the numbers will be lower, to start with anyway. People wont have anyone to call if they do need help, so there wont be any way to track the actual numbers.

Ha!!

When the crims realize there is no one to protect them from droves of people who hate their ever-lovin' guts ...
When gun-owners feel like there won't be any repercussions for taking 'the law' into their own hands ...

Then you'll see crime rates plummet. After the slaughter stops.

Tearing out a tooth or eye, stoning, not torture, I beg to differ.

I certainly didn’t suggest anything about incarceration, I was discussing temple police.

The Temple Guard.

Jesus arrest was illegal? So what? Irrelevant to what I said, don’t change this into something I wasn’t discussing
I said that there were Temple police that the Sanhedrin employed, you suggested otherwise
Was Jesus arrested by the temple police, simple question, really simple?

If the police stop policing then kaos will ensue, control will be lost, better get smart here

The Temple Guard were there to guard the Temple, their duties implemented by King David and they were stationed as outlined in 1st Chronicles. They were never called the Temple police. They guarded the Temple. That is why they were called the Temple Guard.

Police walking out because of unsafe work conditions in atlanta.

Nurses walking out because of unsafe work conditions in pennsylvania.
Back in april. paydayreport.com...

If these people are going to be risking their lives even more than normal then we should pay them more.

this situation is looking more and more like a revolution targeting our big cities and police are being dismantled first to make way for some occupying force.

The difference between today and in the past is we have access to things live 24/7 world-wide so everyone can see just about anything from just about anywhere. In the past we'd have to either see it happening locally or wait to see it on the news.

Reports NYPD is planning a strike on July 4th

There are reportedly flyers circulating among the police there to walk out on July 4th to give everyone an "Independence Day independent of police". This is after Cuomo said communities that don't want cops should be allowed to go without them in an interview.

The 3d is recognized as the day off for the holiday (the 4th being a Saturday). Let me know when they get serious though. Might be a full-on Purge!!
